I contacted Robert Humphrey at Absolute Irrigation regarding spring start up for my irrigation system. He promptly returned my call, scheduled the appointment and arrived on time to perform the work. He checked all the sprinkler heads in the various zones, reprogrammed the system and made some recommendations.

Excellent experience. From estimating and scheduling to installation and clean up, the project went exactly according to plan. Robert and his team were a dream to work with...punctual, professional, knowledgeable, hard working and tidy. After a 1.5 day installation, I'm the proud owner of a 10-zone irrigation system.

They were on time to do the job. They were courteous and kind. They were professional. Their responsiveness was good. Their price was fair. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them to anybody.

Mr. Humphrey gave us a written estimate last fall with a promise to call us in March to schedule installation. As promised, he did call to setup up an installation date. On the day promised Mr. Humphrey and his crew started work. Within two days the job was finished and Mr. Humphrey returned later that evening for approximately 1 hour to explain how the system worked (zones, programming, etc.). He walked the property with us explaining each irrigation zone in detail.

I have had such a time finding a company on this side of town to service my sprinkler system. I called Absolute Irrigation when it was nearing the time to winterize my system, hoping things would go well and I would get a call back. I did, and the work was done quickly and efficiently, with no hassles! I will definitely be calling when it is time to open my system in the spring.

I called Absolute Irrigation based on Angie's List recommendations and, as with other services I've tried based on the list, I was very pleased. Bob was prompt, courteous and very thorough. We thought the charge was fair. I will definitely use him again.

I called Robert and he was at my house within an hour to do the work. I was amazed to have someone there so quickly! He winterized my system and found a missing sprinkler control box that had been covered up by grass. He also discovered a small leak in my system and said he'll be back in the spring to make the fix for an extremely fair fee. Overall, I was very happy with his work and the price!

This company has done work on our subdivision street for several years. He recently did a large overhaul of our 15 year old system and added some new bells and whistles. We have the best looking lawn and patio we have had in years. He is pleasant to work with and shows up when called. Its hard to find people this responsible nowadays!

Late in the day my neighbor called to tell me we had a leak in the sprinkler system. I called several vendors including Absolute Irrigation. They were the only one that would come out the same day. He got to our house after 7 PM, went to get the parts he needed and came back to finish up long after others were home for the day. He was responsive and went out of his way to help us out quickly.

It went well - Robert came out within a few days of the initial call to give us an estimate and even though his company is very busy doing winterizations this time of year, he & his crew squeezed us in on a Saturday and completed the job as scheduled.

Excellent experience. We originally contacted three companies for estimates. We received two estimates (one company came to our home but never provided the follow-up estimate). Absolute Irrigation was significantly less than the other estimate. We scheduled the work for approximately two weeks out, and the company showed up on time and worked all day. The owner (Robert) was on-site during the installation, along with two additional workers. We are extremely happy with our system. A heads-up that we did have to call Robert twice before being able to get the initial estimate, but it was well worth it and we are so glad we did. He took a great deal of time during our initial meeting discussing what he would do and why, provided information about the brand of products he uses, etc. We tend to have a lot of questions when getting work done on our house, and he was very patient and informative. We highly recommend the company.

Excellent experience. Robert never failed to return a call or do what he said he would do. When his top-of-the-line system estimate came in much higher that expected, he was happy to work with me to bring the cost down with minimal loss of function. I told Robert what I wanted to spend, and he designed a system that would meet his own high standards. Robert is a very nice, easy going guy who tells it like it is. The install was on time, well done and perfectly adjusted before the crew left. No complaints.

All calls were returned promptly and they spoke to the landscaper who was here when I wasn't home to get me an estimate quickly. When they weren't able to start the job when promised due to rain, they called and let me know they would be in later that day. Everything was done professionally and was clearly explained. They fixed my system the way it should have been done to begin with. I won't ever call the other company again, I'm sticking with Absolute Irrigation.

Not only am I pleased at the result, but Robert, the owner, his two employees and the plumber were pleasant and patient with my questions and concerns. Robert was prompt at returning calls and showed up for the installation promptly! He showed me how to program the system and said to call if I had further questions. I have called once and he answered my questions. He will provide the fall maintenance and the spring maintenance at no additional charge this year.

I called Absolute Irrigation based on Angie's List recommendations after having done business with Buckeye Landscape (who charged me $291 for two hours work and didn't repair the system). Robert Humphrey came to my home the SAME DAY and then came back the next day to finish the work. I wish EVERY COMPANY was as superb in ethics and fair in price and service. I have never dealt with a more honest and reputable firm. I told Robert that I would be happy to provide personal reference to any future customers. He was professional, honest, thorough and even repaired a downspout drain for me. I can't praise them enough and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. This is the company to choose for your irrigation needs(new or old). I have ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE in ABSOLUTE IRRIGATION. Robert is an outstanding young professional who is hard working. His brother Sean helps him. I am thrilled with the company and pleased that I found them through Angie's List.

I wish I knew about Absolute Irrigation before I had two "big name" irrigation companies install separate systems. Robert set an appointment time, showed up on time, and was able to complete most of the work that night. He came back within a couple of days and completed the work. All of the issues left by other "professionals" were addressed and the system works better than it ever had. I am very impressed with Robert and his work ethic.

I called and left messages for three companies for estimates. Robert was the first to return my call and the first to leave an estimate. After receiving all three estimates, I called to ask Robert a few questions and find out how far out they were scheduling. I was informed it would be several weeks, which I had expected. Once I made the final decision, I called Robert back and he fit my installation into his schedule, within a week. Robert came out two days before the installation was scheduled to thoroughly check property, so that his crew would be prepared with the necessary materials. The day before the install, the crew came out and started to place the water lines. One area of my fence had to be removed in order to access the back yard. The fence was put back into place perfectly. The install was completed in the amount of time promised. Many neighbors have been amazed at how our yard was barely touched by the process. After two weeks, I am so pleased with the outcome.

The work was done promptly and effectively. He showed up when he said he would, and reviewed the status of the entire system, once it was activated. He then proceeded to move the heads, that needed to be moved and fixed the heads that had been damaged. He is courteous and knowledgeable.

He arrived on time, was very professional and most helpful. Completed the required work in a very efficient manner. Robert was extremely helpful and explained things along the way and that was really appreciated.

They were out on time and did a good job for me. Their price is about 50% less than the company we used to use.

We have numerous zones with our system, and a few of the heads were tilted where they obviously had been hit with a mower. One head was in the middle of a garden bed and needed to be moved. So he dug and straighten heads, found the heads and moved one for $10.00 extra. Robert was efficient and good at communicating how the system works (no one left us a manual) I was very pleased with the hour and five minutes he spent at the house.
