We just moved in and didn't know much about the irrigation system. He brought a key to us for the control box, and told my husband how to use the control panel. He kept working and trying to find out all valves after we left for work. I have to say that he left very good impression to my husband. However, in about 3 weeks, we got the bill with a brief description of his work. To our dismay, he was not able to locate all valves. He said that a lot of work was in need, however, didn't tell us what the work was, and how much it might cost. I'm not sure whether to use him or not in the future - it might be that our irrigation system is a little bit old and complicated.

As usual, Robert was very responsive to my call. He called me back within an hour or so and was out within a couple of days to conduct the work. The modifications he made are exactly what I was looking for.

Robert was just excellent from the time we started talking to him until his follow-up with us yesterday a year later. He explained to us in detail how our irrigation system would work and how it should work for our yard. He and his crew were extremely careful and professional - making sure that our yard looked great when he was done. Our rain gauge had shifted over the course of the year. Robert came out yesterday to fix it, and also checked all the valves and settings before he left.

Great experience. Robert came out, took the time to listen to exactly what my problems/needs were with the existing system and made all requested changes. After he made the changes, we went through all the zones and he explained all the changes and demonstrated the new spray heads so that I could adjust them later on if needed. He was quick, his price was extremely reasonable. Will definitely call on him for our regular winter/spring servicing and any future changes to the system.

Excellent service! Robert was late but more than made up for it by apologizing and waiving the start up fee. He only charged me to fix the leak and I added a tip. He gave valuable tips on irrigation, maintenance, etc. He was honest and not someone who would take advantage of his customers. I would hire him for future services.

It was fine. We had a little bit of trouble getting in touch with the company, but once we did everything went well. Their quote was the lowest recieved and their work was really excellent. I think we got the best for our money.

Robert is on time each and every time, and provides great customer service. The pricing is excellent compared to two large irrigation companies we've used in the past.

Robert always comes on time, calls late (he knows I sleep during the day as I work nights), fixes whatever needs it without awaiting approval (cuts down on both my wait time, and his return times). Friendly and very professional at all times.

He came out and knew exactly what he was doing, very efficient. He made extra time by coming out at seven in the evening and was willing to explain everything he was doing. During the installation, he was able to find one of my control valves that was covered in sod without any problems. I will be using them in the future.

I called three companies from this list for estimates. Robert was the first to call me back. All three designs were different for my landscape and the cost was within $300 for all three. I selected Robert because of his punctual response and I preferred his design. One year later I am very satisfied. I have called Robert on a couple of occasions for questions and once to help me mark the lines for lawn repair work and always receive a response very fast. His service after the sale is outstanding which is hard to find among contractors. I am a small business owner who takes pride in superior customer service and I like to give credit when credit is due. I have to give this company credit for being punctal, professional and going the extra step to insure customer satisfaction.

Sprinkler system would not start. Quickly identified the control unit was the problem. Then confirmed the fuse was the issue. Repaired and then asked if there were any other issues that he could address while he was there. He then repair our lawn water supply line. Great job!!

Robert arrived and I discussed my concerns about the price of including an irrigation system in the backyard. He worked very hard to figure how to include it at a reasonable cost and still get the coverage needed. We finally worked out a deal and he was able to put six heads in the back for not that much more money. He worked really hard to get the coverage right; wound up getting about 90% coverage in the back, working around all the trees and dog pen. When he was installing the system, we had record rainfall. He and his team worked hard all day long. The backyard had just been reseeded about a month before, so it was all mud. It was truly a mess for them, but they never complained. They came the next day and finished up the job. They did a great job cleaning up after the install. Robert then showed me how to program the system. He was so patient. Several weeks after the install, I couldn't figure out why the back system kept going on when I thought it shouldn't. I called Robert one morning out of frustration. He promptly called me back and walked me through the problem. OPERATOR ERROR!! He was so kind in explaining what was wrong and made sure I understood how to correct the problem if it ever happened again. This is a company with excellent customer service. Robert stands behind his work even after payment has been made. It was a pleasure working with him!!!

We recently purchased a home and contacted Absolute for an inspection and start-up. When Robert made his initial inspection it was clear that the control section of the system had been severely damaged by large tree roots. He agreed to come back the following Saturday and gave us the $800 estimate. He and his crew did as promised and worked Saturday afternoon and evening to completely rebuild the system. They had to dig a new hole by hand so the controls could be relocated. He then built a new manifold, installed and tested it. The 3 of them worked very hard even to the point of working through a serious downpour that lasted about 30 minutes. They had to cut large tree roots to get to the existing system and found one that was pressing against the foundation of our home. They did a great job filling the large hole and replacing the sod and left the area very neat and orderly. We were extremely pleased with Robert and his crew's professionalism and the quality of their work. We have already used them on another issue. We think his pricing is very fair and would recommend him to anyone that needs maintenance of an irrigation system.

They came early and mapped everything out. They finished in one day. When they left you couldn't even tell they were here. They were professional and personable.

He actually was able to install the system prior to his original target date. He spent time with us after the installation to go over the system.
