We had a very good experience. Robert took the time to explain the system in lots of detail and was patient enough to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the products on the market, tools, and techniques. He and his crew are very hard workers and friendly. I feel they did a nice job minimizing damage to the existing lawn. Our system worked very well for the end of the season and we look forward to it again next year.

it didn't just go well ,it was fantastic!Robert worked to get the design i wanted/needed, reworking the plan when needed(no extra charge), the installation was done totally by him, and he came back to follow-up and make sure it was providing the coverage etc that was needed. he patiently showed me how to program the unit (I'm totally tech-challenged), even made me do it to be sure i "got it"..could not have been nicer or more concerned to have a satisfied customer. later in the season returned to close the system and again wanted to be sure everything was satisfactory..it was more than that,he was very professional with reasonable pricing,superb customer service and business that want to satisfy and provide quality...outstanding in my book..

I have used Absolute Irrigation for 4 years now and am extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. They get my irrigation system up and running each spring, installing sprinkler heads as needed, and shut down my system in the fall. They are prompt, professional and the pricing is very reasonable. I've never been given a reason to consider another company. Highly recommended!

This is the BEST COMPANY I have ever had work for me. Upon completion of the job, I submitted a report and praised Robert and his team for the outstanding job. Now I am back to let you it has been 3 years since the installation, I still love my system, and Robert continues to provide superior customer service. I recently found out through having a sump pump installed, that a pipe was damaged in my yard. I had been putting dirt in that hole every summer wondering what was going on-a sink hole possibly? Upon uncovering the dirt from the site, it was found that the sump drain and downspout drain pipe had been cut through. The irrigation line was right beside the cut pipe. Realizing this was probably an error during my irrigation installation, I called Robert just as an FYI. I left a message telling him what had happened, I took a picture and offered it to him so he could share it with his crews. I was in no way expecting anything from him because I was pretty sure it was not preventable. Robert called me back within minutes telling me he would make it right. Before the end of the day Robert was at my house to offer me compensation for the repairs in my yard. Three years later and he took ownership.....now that is the most impressive thing I have ever seen with service. In this day and age where everyone is trying to do what it takes just to get by, you have to be totally impressed to hear that Robert stands firm on his commitment to provide the best customer service indefinately! Thanks Robert, you are a one in a million!

We had our landscape totally redone in 2004 by a local company who did not follow through with their promise to correct several issues. In 2009 we contacted Absolute Irrigation, found on Angies List, and have nothing but praise for Robert Humphrey who not only owns the business but also does most all of the work. He is prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and follows up to make certain that everything is working as he promised. Mr. Humphrey always returns phone calls and is willing to answer questions that we have had with regards to programming our system - he never comes across as being impatient or unwilling to help. We have been a little "slow" in learning how to program and he maintains a sense of humor. We highly recommend Mr. Humphrey for any and all irrigation issues. He is a rare find in the world of service personnel who do great work, guarantee their work and is very, very pleasant and trustworthy to work with. We have recommended Absolute Irrigation to our neighbor who had major work completed on her antiquated system and is also very pleased.

He is always punctual and has always been able to repair anything that might be wrong. He listens to my husband and is able to complete the task.

Kevin, the owner is GREAT! I found this company on Angie's List and he had great reviews, so I gave him a try. I am very glad I did! He was so nice and very knowledgeable and his pricing can't be beat. He was so good that during my service call, my neighbor called me to tell me that some workers in their yard had hit an irrigation line in their lawn and asked if Kevin could come over right away. Well, he did go over there as soon as he finished my work, helped them and got a new customer in the process. What a guy!

We found Robert using Angie?s list, and after receiving quotes from a few other companies decided to go with Robert, price was approximate to other companies but what sold us was the reviews on-line and his references from previous installation jobs. Everyone we talked with had extremely positive things to say about working with Robert and his crew. We had a very similar experience. Robert listened to our requirements and designed the zones and sprinkler placements to meet our needs, he show up on time when they stated they would start the project and Robert was on-site working with his team during the entire instillation. Robert uses a licensed plumber who is also on Angie?s list. Weather was a little bit of a factor during the install and when it prevented work during mid-day, he actually came back in the early evening to keep working to finish the install on time. Robert was very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions. Rarely have we had pleasant experience with contractors but Robert is one of those exceptions. We would highly recommend using Absolute Irrigation.

The guy that owns this company should be on the Angie's platinum list. He is incredible. His name is Robert Humphries, but he goes by Joe. He did work for us earlier in the summer that we paid over $1,000 for.

I've made a right decision to call in Robert again for the irrigation winterization. He was very nice, patient, and professional. He showed me around and explained to me how the system worked. He also explained why he couldn't find out all valves and come up with a fix plan while he was doing the spring startup for us - we were new to the house and had never seen the system working then, he really didn't want us to rush to a decision without even seeing how it worked. Sorry that I gave him a B for the previous evaluation. I'll definitely hire him again for the system re-adjustment next spring.

Great job. There were some minor problems but Robert was back to our home in a couple of hours and fixed everything.

Robert was prompt to arrive, friendly while working, and completed the job efficiently. He has been removing the water from my sprinkler system for years-- so I do not need to worry whether it's done properly (I haven't lost my system to freezing pipes).

I called Robert to schedule the winterization of our irrigation system. He was very accommodating and allowed me to schedule the service on a convenient day and time. Robert arrived promptly and was very courteous and friendly. He took his shoes off before entering the house to shut the water off, which I appreciated. He was efficient in getting the job done. Robert installed our irrigation system four years ago and we have been extremely happy with the system and service we have received over the years.

The system was designed to address hot spots in our lawn without over watering other spots. Robert was very accomodating as to location of the backflow preventer and the individual heads. He was willing to answer all of my questions and provide useful hints on how to make the system work better -- very easy to work with. The workers were carefull during the installation to have the least impact on the lawn. Another plus is that Robert uses a licensed plumber.
