I contacted Robert through email and he responded promptly. He arranged a date to come out for an estimate and was very friendly. We agreed to the quote and he said he would be in contact for the installation as soon as he could fit us in the schedule. About a month later, we have our system. His crew was professional, polite, and hard working. They were extremely conscientious, so much so that we can barely tell they were here! I would highly recommend Robert and his company to anyone that wants a sprinkler system. We are thrilled with the quality of the work!

Robert is phenomenal! He has serviced my lawn for about 8 years. Every time, he comes promptly, works efficiently, & is thorough. He is also honest & charges fair prices.

As usual, Robert does an excellent job. He's extremely easy to work with, shows up on time, performs the work to high standards and his price is very reasonable. For the money, I wouldn't use anyone but Robert for my irrigation system needs. I can always trust that he'll fix exactly what is needed, even if I'm not there to show him everything.

We have used Robert's company for over 4 years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of service. When we first purchased our home we needed to have extensive work done to the system and Absolute did the work. They did an excellent job and have done so ever since. Other than the routine startup/winterization, we have had to have some minor work done on the system. We also had some landscaping done about 2 years ago, and Absolute had to move and reset several of the sprinkler heads in our back yard. They do excellent work and are very professional. Robert has been very good to work with and his associates have been also. We plan to continue using them and would recommend them to anyone needed assistance or installation of an irrigation system.

I started using Absolute Irrigation a few years ago, when the company I normally used wasn't available for several weeks. The owner Robert Humphrey is a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and customer-oriented. His company now also handles our annual backflow testing. Last year the technician forgot to tighten something down when they shut down our lawn irrigation system for the winter and we discovered it when we tried to start using it in the spring. Robert immediately got the technician out to our house to fix the issue and he also waived the backflow testing fee and I didn't even request that. Other companies could learn from Robert's excellent customer service!

Overall it went very well with one small issue. They had arrived to do the work the same day we had the huge storm in Columbus that took down all the trees and power lines. When they got there we walked around the yard and discussed what I was thinking and what my concerns were. I showed them the location of the water line that had a hole punched through it when we had a patio installed earlier in the season. They moved a sprinkler head in the front and inspected the toher heads and adjusted the radius before moving to the backyard. After looking at the sprinkler size and the area of the yard they recommended changing them to double the output as that part of the yard was not getting enough water even though it was being watered for over an hour. When they moved to the back and were working on the punctured line the storm rolled in. I could see it coming from my patio and, after seeing the warnings on the tv, told them they should leave even though the job wasn't done. It looked bad even from far away. Just as they packed up the wind hit and it was good that they were leaving. Huge playsets in the neighborhood were being blown down along with several large branches in my yard. Even with the bad storm, all the power outages, and closed roads, the owner returned by himself and finished the job the next day. It was great that I didn't have to call and reschedule anything. I can see why these guys were super servie award winners! We talked for a while after he was done and he showed me how to stagger my watering times on the control unit. Overall, excellent experience. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again in the future.

We decided to call Robert based on all of the wonderful reviews he had on Angie's List. We are soooo glad we did! You just couldn't find a nicer person to work with than Robert! His crew is great and we just can't say enough nice things about them. We had another company come out to give us an estimate but all he did was make us a drawing of what our system would look like. Robert actually had the nozzles with him that he uses and explained to us the difference in how each one works. He also placed different colored flags in our yard representing the different size of nozzles that would be used in each area. We could then visualize how much of our yard and flowerbeds would actually be covered and how it would work. We scheduled our job that day and felt very confident in choosing to go with Absolute Irrigation. The plumber that Robert uses is also wonderful! He did a great job and even cleaned up the area when he was finished. When Robert and his crew came out to put our system in they were very professional and polite. They even had to work thru a downpour but they didn't stop, they just kept on working. Robert was at our house well over 12 hours that first day and even showed us how our system worked before he left that night. Robert and his crew came back the next morning to make a few adjustments and to make sure we understood how our system works. He answered any and all questions we had. We have had no problem working our system from that first day. Don't hesitate to call Absolute Irrigation for your system!! It is the best thing we have done by far!!! Thank you Robert!!!

I’ve had a lot of lawn irrigation companies service my system but Absolute Irrigation has been the best by far. He worked closely with my plumber to make sure all leaks and issues were taken care of in both areas. They spent all day working to uncover the exact issue instead of guessing. The pricing was reasonable as well.

Robert was a great person to work with. We obtained 5 different quotes for our project. Robert was very professional when he gave us his quote and very informative. We did receive lower quotes, but after reading the reviews on Angie's List we decided not to go with those companies. Robert's excellent feedback on Angie's list was spot on. On the day of installation, his crew arrived at 8am. They worked in 90 degree heat for 13 hours to get the project done. Robert was on site all day. His crew was very hard working and professional. Robert went through the operation of the system and answered any questions we had. i will use Robert fort all of our irrigation needs.

As evidenced by this organizations ratings, their work was excellent! During the pre-sales phase, the Owner took as much time as I needed to discuss our particular needs including future phases of our landscaping design. He thoroughly explained their technology and why his experience with this equipment demonstrates it is some of the best in the industry. Owner was on site throughout the project. All team members were very courteous, timely and responsive. They did a great job working with new sod. Owner stopped by after installation to check on overall operation and readjust settings, ensuring our satisfaction. I spoke with multiple vendors and even fired one prior to hiring Absolute Irrigation. No doubt we made the correct choice.

WOW! Robert is PHENOMENAL! I am part of a Condo Association for our Business. I actually own ½ of a 4,000 sq. ft. building (with a doctor owning the other half). We do not own the land it sits on just the building itself. It’s a very long story of endless problems with the Condo Board. NEVER EVER buy a Condo for work or Home---It can be a Total Nightmare if you have no control over the Service Providers! Anyway last year we split the sprinkling water controller so that we had our own controller for our half of the building. This year I started having problems—alarms---and called the person who installed the system last year. He was very unreliable and really didn’t even understand the system he sold us. After reading Robert’s reviews I called him. He was able to come out today, July 5. I explained all of our issues. He was able to put outside wires in a PVC pipe to prevent them from being cut by a weedwhacker. Also we found out the Rainbird system we were sold last year really did us NO GOOD and actually took away control (instead of giving us control). We replaced the Rainbird with a different model that is much easier to understand and program and gives us control. Also, Robert adjusted sprinkler heads to do a more effective job of watering. The Condo Association uses a very well known company for “Irrigation” and they do a terrible servicing job. While I cannot control who the Condo Board hires and I have no choice but to pay Condo Fees, I will continue to use Robert for my personal condo irrigation needs. I finally have someone who really KNOWS what he is doing. He is so personable, too. I am breathing a lot easier now that I can get back to running my business and have someone I can REALLY TRUST. Call Robert. You will be GLAD you did!

They're timely, they make appointments, they call during hours that we've given them the call, so it's been very good. I think we're very happy with them.

I called Absolute Irrigation based on customer reviews and left message. Robert called me back within an hour of my call, and he was able to fit into his schedule within 2 days.Robert arrived within a few minutes of our appointment, and was very efficient in reviewing the issues and diagnosing the problem. He did not have all the parts to repair a leaking valve and left for a short time to get the needed parts.Upon his return, Robert completed all the work and fully tested the system within an hour. He also offered to write a letter for me that states that he recently serviced the system and left it in good working order.His final price was in line with his initial estimate when he had completed his troubleshooting.

I have already talked to them this year, and they will be out to make sure it functions and turn it on and all that stuff. The installation was a few years ago. I pay them annually. I have been very pleased with them. I would continue to use them in the future, especially with the cost to put in something like that in and as long as they are doing the turn on, the turn off and have the Delaware County inspection annually.

Robert and his team are simply outstanding. This was our first sprinkler system purchase. He came to estimate promptly, explained the system design and installation process in depth, and gave us a fair price. Once we reached agreement, he scheduled the installation to occur within a week. On installation day they arrived when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and came back two more times to help tune and program the system. Here's an example of Robert and his team's service orientation. A few days after the sprinkler system went in, we had sod layed in the yard. I was travelling on business, and my wife couldn't figure out how to program the system and start watering (a big problem when you've just spent $,$$$ on sod). I called Robert from the road, and he promised he'd stop by that evening and program the system for my wife.Again, he showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, thanked her, and left. When I returned home a few days later and met with him to pay the invoice, I thanked him for saving me while I was travelling, and going "above and beyond". He looked me in the eye and said ephatically "I take care of my customers". He does. Absolute Irrigation has my very, very highest recommendation. I'd give them an A+ if Angie's List offered anything higher than an "A" rating.

The company returned my inquiry call very quickly and was also able to come and perform the service very quickly. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me the difference between the parts currently used in my system and another brand and the pros and cons of each. They took the time to really look at the system and then show me around it and show me what they recommended and why. After the spring readiness was done they also gave me a tutorial of the system which was great. Additionally, they told me in advance tips to save money on water, when to increase the water, and what to look for in winterization of the system. They also told me to feel free and call any time that I had any questions. They were very neat when they performed the work and you would not even be able to tell they were there. They just could not have been any more friendly and knowledgable.

Absolute Irrigation arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time! The worker was courteous and respectful of my house, my time,and my children. He even jumped in front of the sprinkler spray so it wouldn't get my son wet. That was awesome because my son was in his school cloths waiting for the bus! The worker told me what he was doing in detail and why the sprinkler heads had to be replaced and gave me the price and warranty information on the new sprinkler heads. He had all the products and equipment he needed to complete the job with him. I have delt with this company for 4 years and have been pleased with all of their work.

Scott from Absolute Irrigation just completed the Spring start-up of our irrigation for the third year in a row. We also use Absolute Irrigation for our annual irrigation system Winterization and for the county mandated Backflow testing. We have found this company to be simply excellent, from the person who answers their phones to Owner, Robert Humphrey and the technician we've dealt with, Tim and now Scott. The cost of their services are excellent and include education on how your irrigation system works and any necessary repairs. Needless to say, we are very please with Absolute Irrigation. We'll be using them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone else.

The guy’s name is Robert. They were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. He calls me back. He did redesign a part one time and forgot to call and tell me about it. I finally got a call and he apologized regarding that. He explains everything. Someone once told me that I had to replace some stuff but he said that I have a couple of valves that are weak, and he took care of that. He doesn’t charge anymore than anyone else to put systems together. At one point I had another offer from someone else and it just wasn’t close. I would use his services again in the future.

Tim did a nice job moving the head to a better location and adjusting the range to avoid soaking the swing set.
