I was not super happy with them. I didn't use him again because I did not like their business practices. I have a brand new house so I don't have a setting written down. I have a water system in other houses so when he came to shut off my water, everything is fine but he went to the garage and took the battery out of my water system device which made me lose all my settings. I've never seen that before and I've used four or five different companies in the past. I thought that is a way for him to get men to come out next year to give more service. But I didn't tell him to go to my garage and change anything there plus I didn't like his explanation why he did it.

I like the price and the fact that they work with you to get to your house at a convenient time. Everybody works and I don't have any negatives about them. I like them and I use them all the time.

Robert and his team installed our irrigation system several years ago, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide service. I have seen a few of my neighbors have other companies install sprinkler systems, and they never end up with the quality, value and service that we have enjoyed. What they do get is a lot more damage to their yard, multiple ugly green valve box covers in highly visible areas, and cheap interior plumbing that makes future servicing difficult. But that's just the initial experience. Where Absolute Irrigation really shines is in their after-installation service. Because of landscaping changes over the years, I have had additional zones added, and heads moved. This, in addition to annual shut-off and start-up services and I have never had anything negative occur. If you want an example of above-and-beyond, then this week is it. Because we pre-pay our annual service, we often get our sprinkler system turned on early in the season. Ours went on a few weeks ago, but then there was last week's unexpected below freezing temperatures. On Tuesday I went outside to wrap my backflow valve in a towel to prevent it from freezing up that night, but somebody had already wrapped it up for me in a brand new bright red towel. Sure enough, a few days later when the weather warmed up again I spotted an Absolute Irrigation truck in front of my house, and one of their guys walking out of my yard with that red towel. No charge, no call needed, and no attempt to gain brownie points...just doing right by their customers.

On time, knowledgeable. Repaired and adjusted sprinkler heads. We have been using them for several years.

They are very professional. They call ahead to schedule you so it is one less thing you have to worry about.

Absolute has maintained our irrigation system for at past several years and have done a wonderful job. Each fall they clear the system of water to prevent water freezing and cracking the pipes. Return in the spring to correct any problems caused by ground freezing lifting the sprinkler heads, and/or water lines. Their service people are polite and punctual. I highly recommend them!!!

We have used their services since 2006. Robert makes the scheduling easy each time and have always been prompt and very courteous. They check out the system in the spring and make recommendations if sprinkler heads need replaced. We have also had them add additional sprinklers to improve overall coverage. They offer an annual contract for all regular services with additional charges as needed for equipment and/or extra service calls. I used a couple of other providers previously and have found Robert to provide much better service.

Employees always show up when they say they will and do an excellent job of keeping our system running smoothly. Employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been with Absolute Irrigation for 7-1/2 years and am a loyal customer. They are very reasonably priced, honest with what does and doesn't need repaired and have been very reliable. Robert runs a great company.

Arrived on time for appointment; courteous and knowledgable workers; went right to work. We have used them for at least 5 years and will continue.

They winterized our sprinkler system and we requested they look for leaks. They did find leaks and repaired them (replaced sprinkler heads) in less than 1/2 the time of the previous company (who started up our system). We talked to Robert at Absolute Irrigation about re-designing the system next year. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain our problem and a offer a great solution. We hired them to winterize our system during the previous year and they did a great job then too! They showed up on time and were very professional on both occasions. I'm glad they really knew what they were doing. I was glad to find out they were also certified to do our backflow test (the list hasn't been updated) so we don't have to deal with any other companies.

Last year one of the cable companies hit our sprinkler head. Absolute Irrigation came out the same day and fixed it. The cable company was shocked at how reasonable the fee was.

I have tried three other companies without success. The owner himself came out for the first visit. Everything with Absolute Irrigation has gone well so far.

I called at "the last minute" for this service for my dad, after receiving no response to the many emails and phone calls left with previous service provider of many years. Selected Absolute based on AL reviews. Called and talked with office staff about need, timing, price and explained situation with father not having used system all year and upset that he found out he'd still have to have the service performed and paperwork filed (and fee paid)... she was sympathetic but explained need for service and cost - that was reasonable but still a lot (per dad) for non-use! Short time later, received call from Absolute letting us know that we qualified for a senior discount that made the price much better, and that after hearing the situation, the owner (Bob) would only charge for one service while providing both! Dad was so happy. I wasn't here when Bob came, but dad said he was very kind, efficient, and professional; that he explained everything he was doing, completed the job quickly and neatly, and billed exactly what he said he would. Dad was extremely pleased and has decided to use Absolute from now on!

We have used Absolute Irrigation since they first began business about 6 or 7 years ago, and they have always been great to work with. Robert Humphrey always makes sure that everything goes smoothly.

We moved into a new house recently and wanted the irrigation system serviced and checked over. Robert spent a lot of time at our house looking it over and updating it, moving things around and making sure it met our needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge and skill and will definitely continue to use him for ongoing needs!

They came out and they were on time and even called ahead. I told them what we were looking for and they made recommendations and did what was best for our lawn. We plan to add onto the system so they were very educated on how to go forward with the first job so as to make it easier when we plan to add on. They did a great job and we were very impressed with their work. We have future plans with them to add on to the system and we believe they will do a great job on that as well. Anytime we have an issue they get us on the schedule and take care of the problem immediately. We know eachother by first name and it is now becoming a friendship. It is really nice to work with them.

The work went very well. Robert knows how to get things done and he pays attention to details. They installed the system and he went over it with me after the work was completed. Now everything works very well.

He is so knowledgable. He did the job in half the time any other company could do it in.
