Description of Work: The work was very well done and on time and the workplace left neat as a pin. The cost was exactly as quoted. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: We had our roof replaced. They were here only 1 day and were very conscientious of our flower beds around the house and protected them. We found very nails in the yard as we knew they wouldn't be able to find them all.

Description of Work: This was coverting from a slate roof to asphalt shingles that are shaped like slate! Also a flat rubber roof! There was promises made by salesman that weren't relayed to actual contractors! I was |Never made aware that |The roofers would be contracted out. The contractors were nice but didn't have a copy of the contract and didn't know what was in the contract. There is poor communication between the salesman to contractor and every where in between! The roof ultimately was done but the contract called for new wood. The contractors were not aware and said it wasn't necessary and if I hadn't been there during installation I would have paid for wood in the contract that I wouldn't have received!

Description of Work: Was informed when the sales rep arrived on site that I would not be provided with the best price. As a consumer, I only want the best price the first time. As a result, the vendor was immediately removed from consideration because the price quoted was significantly higher than other vendors. I have had not additional communication with the vendor.

Description of Work: Requested a quote to replace some vinyl siding. Sales Associate came to the house and provided an initial quote to replace 2/3 |6 foot sections of siding. After providing a verbal quote ( never received a hard copy quote) feeling it was very expensive & not competitive I declined the offer. Sales Associate came back with a reduced price offering which I approved & committed to. Less than a week later received a call from the installer who quoted a higher price vs the second revised cost. Again never received a formal written quote or agreement. Seemed to be always playing " games" with the final cost.

Description of Work: They totally replaced my roof several years ago and all my gutters and wrapped my trim so my home is basically maintenance free. The wrap blew off with the winds in one location and they replaced it under their warranty.

Description of Work: I inquired with them about roofing, gutters, and siding. Their estimate was lower than the company I ultimately went with, but their quality didn't seem as good. Their shingles didn't seem as good as the quality of product I went with.

Description of Work: Fixed leak in step flashing area at junction between exterior wall and lower roofline. Required removal/replacement of stucco and shingles along roofline. Installed ice/water barrier. 1-year later the leak has not returned. Repair has fixed the problem.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof, gutters, and down spouts. The roof went very well with no issues. The only issues I had with the project was a ripped screen, which they replaced no questions asked, and there was also a missing down spout. They added the down spout with no questions.

Description of Work: They first came out to inspect the roof due to a leak. After inspection he gave us a detailed estimate on what needed to be done to fix the leak and a couple other trouble spots. He also gave us an estimate to fix a couple other roofing issues that could wait. We choose to get it all fixed. It did take a couple weeks after the estimate to get the roofer out to fix it, but it was fixed and no leak.

Description of Work: Replaced our roof. The entire process could not have gone better! Very efficient,neat, polite, professional. Able was the first company to provide us an estimate, only regret I have is that I wasted my time with the other companies, getting estimates.

Description of Work: Another roofer, Robert Harvey Roofing, LLC, did not complete our roofing project according to best practices with regard to properly flashing our home. Mr. Harvey was unwilling to properly complete the roofing project and we needed to hire another roofing company to fix his mistakes and properly complete the roof. We called Able Roofing. They sent out a technician to give us an estimate. We schedule the work. That same technician performed the work. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home and completed the necessary finish work just as he described. The work was craftsmanlike and the Able Roofing team (two roofers) did an exceptional job.
