We were very pleased with the work.

They were on-time, fast, and did a good job of cleaning up. In my experience (others may not have had the same) they made a specific effort to cover up plants, shrubs and greenery with tarps - which I appreciated. As a not-handy person, as far as I can tell, they did exactly what they quoted.

The sales experience was so easy. They educated me on the various roofing options I had and offered me a very reasonable price. The installers arrived on time and completed the project the same day. They left everything as clean as when they arrived. They are a great company to work with and I recommend them highly.

The sales person lostened to my needs and where I wanted to be regarding cost. The workers were quick and cleaned up after. I did find a few roofing nails afterward on the lawn but overall they seemed to get most of them picked up. I visually inspected the roof from the ground and saw they did not vent a portion of the roof over the front of the house but when I asked about it the immediately hopped up on the roof and put on the vent. My issue was they took a satellite off the roof, that I asked theto remove because I no longer needed it. I failed to go around the to the back to check that. When I asked they said it was beside the house so I assumed it was on the ground. Later, my daughter asked why it was hanging off the roof. I called the project manager and he came out immediately and removed it. They were good however just check that everything was done correctly.

Extremely well, the call center was able to get us scheduled with an emergency tarp, the consultation with the roofing expert was great, very upfront. They offer roof repair services where other companies just wanted to complete a full roof replacement. Team that came out was early and let me know ahead of time. Work was completed on time and within our budget.
