They are absolutely great! My husband was working nights at the time and was sleeping when they came and they didn't wake him! They have done two roofs for us as well. We really like them!

The sales person was a bit pushy, and the scheduler was rather standoffish when we spoke on the phone. However, the work was done well, and the gutters look great. There was some debris left over but nothing major.

Their response was immediate and thorough. They assured me that the job would be done to my satisfaction. They also let me know that they would work with my insurance company to make sure the costs would be manageable. They did an excellent job and we have had no further issues.

Able Roofing was wonderful to work with. Last Nov 1 I had storm damage to my roof. Since snow started falling soon after that I was unable to address the issue until early sprin.
I contacted Able roofing and they sent a representative out. He took a look at my roof (which had only been approved for a half replacement) and felt that a full replacement was required. He took pictures and worked with my insurance company until they agreed to replace the complete roof.
They were able to replace my roof in one day, starting at around 9 in the morning and finishing at 8 that night. They did a wonderful job and their support was much appreciated.
A+ I'll always go back to them.

They were prompt and the roof was put on quickly. We had a couple issues with the workers not straightening out the trim properly and they sliced the siding up by the chimney but everything was promptly and properly fixed. I would recommend them to anyone.

They had a real heavy guy working for them and he was so heavy he broke some boards on the roof that they charged us to replace, so I wasn’t really pleased with that. Other than that, they did all right.

I was kept updated on service and what was going on since I had to work my husband stayed home while work was done,
he probably didnt really need to but we have several dogs and thought it might be better for them that someone be here. BEAUTIFUL new roof, we are SO pleased, and they did a fantastic job with clean up, didnt leave a thing behind. VERY pleased , Thank you!!Response from Able Roofing

They got the job done in one day. Started at 8:30 a.m. and finished up around 8:45 p.m. They had cleaned up everything and check numerous times for nails. I was very pleased with the there work.

I was very impressed with Able's crew. They used premium materials -- like the membrane that prevents ice and snow melt penetration over the eaves, a premium "tar paper" replacement, even a handsome new cap over my plumbing vents.
The workers used magnets to pick up all the roofing nails that came from the tear off of old shingles and they were very diligent in cleaning up after their work. The area around my house looked better after they left than it had before they started working!
Able has done several houses in my neighborhood and all the owners have been very pleased with their work (and price). If there have been any call-backs they have resolved these without incident.

My old, worn out, multi peak / valley, original "Local Builder 'Quality'" roof was replaced by Able . Top notch work! Attention to detail was impressive. From the Shingles to the Color Matched Drip Edges running all the way around (looks good!) to the Ridge Vents. They even painted the Vent Pipes and Furnace Stack to match! The crew was efficient and methodical. When they were done, there was no trace of debris in my yard or on my large deck. They even cleaned all of the Gutters out.
One day after the install, there was a very heavy rain storm. No leaks. No shingle issues.
I still look up and admire my roof each time I pull into the driveway.

He tried something that he thinks will fix or help the problem. Wasn't here all that long and the repair sounded more like a patch .Was surprised that their service call is $275. especially since they installed the gutter guards after ruining the originals when they replaced the roof several years ago. If the installer would have done the job right in the first place there would have been no need for this call. Of course, he is no longer with the company. Work was ok, was on time, Steve was very nice . Just dismayed that they would charge an existing customer such a high fee to correct their error.

Appointments were kept punctually as was showing up to do the actual labor. Courteous, professional from the first appointment/quote through the follow-up appointment(s). Had a few shingles that didn't seal properly but were fixed without delay. The work team ended up using our extension ladder, too as the roof angle was very steep. I was able to barter the replacement 4x8 plywood sheets that I had to buy in trade for use of the ladder - smart move on their part! Our only complaint was the hole in the tarp they were using led to quite a few nails left behind even though they cleaned up.

I ended up with a barn roof that drips water. They told me that they knew what they doing, they did not. They left me with a humidity problem in the house. They used the cheapest possible shingles that you can buy. They installed a ridge vamp that did not work and due to the issues that it caused, it ended up causing more damage to my roof.

They refuse to acknowledge the reports provided by engineers, manufacturer’s, and professional roofing associations which identify solutions that are needed to remove excess moisture. I think they are the greatest. They did not charge me an arm and a leg. The water was leaking through my roof on labor day. I was desperate, it was raining so hard. I called some guy from the yellow pages and he said he couldn’t do anything today but said he could put a tarp on it. So he put 2 or 3 tarps on and put too many tacks in. He was here 15 minutes and charged $450 Able wondered what they were doing. They could not figure out what he spread that tarp as far as they did. They replaced the shingles every whre he put the tarp takes (180 shingles). They didn’t charge me a lot and they even brought shingles with them. I was one happy camper. I have not stopped talking about it to people from work. If I ever have to do it again, they are going to be the ones I call.
