Description of Work: CLEANED GUTTERS, REMOVED DEBRIS FROM CLOGGED DOWNSPOUTS, RE-ATTACHED LOOSE GUTTERS, REPLACED DAMAGED SHINGLE, AND CAULKED AREAS WHERE CAULKING HAD DETERIORATED AROUND VENT PIPES, ETC. THEY COILED UP THE MY GARDEN HOSES NEATLY AFTER USING THEM.

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE TO THIS MEMBER. OUR ESTIMATOR SAID HE MAILED THE ESTIMATE TO THE MEMBER. AFTER OUR ESTIMATOR FOUND OUT THE ESTIMATE WAS NEVER RECEIVED, HE HAND-DELIVERED THE ESTIMATE AND PUT IT ON THE MEMBERS FRONT DOOR. OUR ESTIMATOR LEFT A FEW MESSAGES FOR THE MEMBER AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. THIS WAS AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION.
