Description of Work: I had a problem with the furnace and they sent someone out to address the concerns and the company was out the same day and make recommendations. I would definitely recommend ABC Home Services. Their website could be more professional and easier to navigate.

 + -1 moreTHREE MONTHS WITHIN FIXING THE LEAK IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, THERE WAS A GAS SMELL AGAIN. THIS TIME COLUMBIA GAS CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM BECAUSE OF A FAULTY CONNECTOR THEY HAD INSTALLED. HOWEVER, IN MY OPINION ABC GAS SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE FAULTY CONNECTOR PROBLEM SINCE THEY DUG OUT THE SAME PART OF THE LINE THAT COLUMBIA GAS DID. I FEEL LIKE I PAID THEM $500 FOR NOTHING.

THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE LEAK, PLUS CHECKED ALL THE LINES AND FOUND ANOTHER SMALLER LEAK WHICH THEY FIXED, PLUS INSTALLED A GAS SHUT-OFF VALVE TO OUR WATER HEATER THAT BY CODE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE, PLUS INSTALLED A PRETTY LITTLE BRASS SHUT-OFF VALVE IN MY DINING ROOM FOR MY GAS FIREPLACE. THEY WERE THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL.
