HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We asked them to deliver a dumpster for 5 days for a move out. We finished moving on Sunday and they were scheduled to pick up the dumpster the next day. We left and they charged our credit card $295. Weeks later we receive a phone call from an EXTREMELY RUDE lady who told us that the dumpster was still at the house and that we owed them for the entire time...... time that THEY forgot to pick up the dumpster! This was an extremely unprofessional phone call from and extremely RUDE lady and we will of course dispute it on our credit card should they decide to try and charge us for THEIR MISTAKE! If the owner of the company reads this I hope he becomes aware of the horrible customer service provided by the lady who called us. I would NEVER suggest doing business with such a business.

They were very cooperative and got me the dumpster when I needed it and where I needed it with no problems. It served my needs very well so I kept it for a few days and they picked it up when I asked them to. That is all I can ask from a dumpster service. I was very satisfied with them. I had no complaints.

This was the best experience Ive had with a dumpster company. Called each week to see if we needed it switched out. Very friendly staff and drivers.

eyI was moving and needed a dumpster to eliminate the clutter in my home. This company was awesome. The gentleman that dropped off and picked up the dumpster was extremely helpful. I had a few large items left at the end and he was tremendously helpful in assisting me with getting the items in the dumpster. I was so grateful! I would highly, highly recommend this company and would us them again.

I just talked with Becky and she is an angel on earth for what she did for me today. When I was helping my friend going through her condo and doing a lot of tossing, I had lost my hearing aid during the process. I paid $2750.00 for this one hearing aid. Now I'm sick that I bought the top of the line digital hearing aids. I called Becky this AM and offered a generous reward if this device could be found. She and her son went through every single piece of trash trying to find this hearing aid, and she assured me that it was not in that dumpster. And this AM she told me she didn't care about the money I offered!!! How could I say enough good things about this business? Please use them for any service you might need that they can provide!

AAA Affordable Dumpsters dropped off the dumpster as scheduled and picked it up as soon as we were finished with it. Great company to deal with. No gimmicks, no tricks…what you see is what you get. Easy to talk to on the phone. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that came to our home was extremely kind and helpful. He called first and was prompt.

Delivered dumpster Friday late afternoon, never even knew they were here. Very quiet and parked exactly where I wanted on my drive way. Slight mix up on pick up date - but they made necessary adjustments and everything worked out well. I'll know for next time could've done with smaller size and saved some money... but so happy to have my basement and garage cleaned out.

Needed a dumpster for an extended period of time while roofing our house. Have used them in the past for the property where our church group meets. Extremely fast response and delivery. Price is more than fair, and they seem like very decent people. Still have the dumpster and we are quite happy we called these folks for their services.

Great Service, arrived on time, picked up on time and was very accomodating to put the dumpster as close to my house as possible, per my request.

They provided excellent service. The dumpster was delivered the very next day at the promised time and was maneuvered on to the grass next to the driveway at my husband's request. The office staff and driver were pleasant and helpful. They were extremely obliging and flexible about the pick up date. We phoned when we were done and the dumpster was collected later the same day. A surprizingly pleasant and easy solution to a cluttered basement. We are delighted with the result and feel it was well worth every penny.

They were reasonably priced and did exactly what they said they would do. I will continue to use them as they've done well.

The y delivered the dumpster at the exact time they promised. I rented the dumpster for five days but needed an extra day to complete my project. They allowed the additional day for no charge since the dumpster was not rented for that particular day. The price was the best of all the estimates. I will be using this company for all future disposal needs.

They were very flexible with their drop off and pick up schedule. I had to call back and reschedule a couple of times and they were always able to accomodate.

I called several providers on Angie's list. Dawn was polite, honest, listened to what I needed to have happen and gave me a fair price. She didn't belittle me or boast about their service, she simply was straightforward with the information and shared the pros and cons. They were not the cheapest - but also were not the most expensive. I called back with the 'order". I arrived a bit early to my mother-in-law's house, and they had already arrived:-) Dave and his wife were efficient and incredibly friendly. I enjoyed the time with them and confirmed the payment arrangements and the pick up time for the next day to be transported to the second location. Dawn called me the next day when Dave had picked up the dumpster - so I could meet him at the second location. He arrived within a reasonable time period, again friendly and professional:-) Set the dumpster in place so the second location could be cleared out. During the conversation I learned he and his wife owned the business and Dawn was his daughter. I noticed on his card the fish symbol for Christianity and wasn't surprised as they seemed to be living their faith in all they did. Monday morning Dawn called to make sure confirm the pick-up later and she was so very pleasant! Nice local family owned company who does it right:-)

AAA provides dumpsters that have tires, so they can be parked on lawn and don't block driveway. The owner was respnsive to my message and explained the service and dumpster content limitations. When the dumpster was delivered, they put it exactly where I wanted it for easy access and off driveway. Hey, it's a dumpster. AAA was prompt, provided what was agreed to, and picked up early at my request. Nice people to work with. And the next service gets a small discount. I will be using them again very soon.

It was a normal phone call and I give them an A rating. They will be coming out next week.

Easy. Called at 10 minutes till 5 on Thurday and asked that it be delivered by noon on Friday. Done. Price was right as well.

Called one day and the dumpster was delivered the next. Called when finished and the dumpster was picked up the same day. Dumpster was good size and perfect for our needs.

Called on a Friday morning and the dumpster was delivered the same day!!! The gentleman that dropped it off was extremely nice when dropping off as well as when picking up. Overall, a very good experience and we will definitely use again!

20 CU YD Dumpster was delivered, very pleasant and friendly guy. Had the dumpster for 5 days, great price. I filled it up and he took it away when I needed him to. Great to work wtih, very happy experience!

I rented a 20 yard dumpster as I was tearing down an old 12x16 shed. The dumpster was delivered and placed close to the shed. I am glad I got the 20 yard dumpster instead of a smaller one. I filled it to the very top! When I finished the job, I called for a pick up and they came the next day.
