They did a great job!

Everything went well. This is the first year we did not close the pool ourselves. We were not home when they did the work but everything was done to our satisfaction and we plan on having them open our pool next season.

Spoke with Dave the owner/operator of this small business today to get an estimate on in ground pool repair. He is the only one of five area pool repair companies to answer the phone or attempt to contact me back the same day as my inquiry. Although I did not presently hire him due to personal financial issues, he was glad to take the time to explain to me all of my options. In addition he took the time to explain all of my options as well as to recommend things I could do on my own to reduce the overall cost of my project. He ended the call by offering advice during my phase of my project at anytime regardless of if I was to hire him. It was more than a pleasure talking to Dave and seldom have I ever experienced customer service at this level especially after telling the business that I wasn't currently in a position to hire them. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to make pool repairs in the area and fully plan on utilizing his services in the future.

It went quickly, spoke to owner on Thursday 5/14 morning and he stopped over later in the afternoon and gave me a quote told me he might be able to replace liner on Friday afternoon. Called that evening and said they would be here on Friday afternoon and showed up around noon had old liner out and new liner in within 2 hours. Cleaned up everything and started putting water in the pool. Owner did stop back a couple hours later to check.

work "started" in june, not finished till late july. pool liner had small wrinkles in first year. much worse folds and wrinkles following year. was told it would cost additional $1800. to redo. refused to pay him anymore.

I called A2Z on Friday morning and was told someone would be there that same afternoon. Matt showed up, knew exactly what needed to be done and was finished within 20 minutes. He was quick, efficient and professional.

With only two days left to complete the house inspection process, A2Z failed to arrive for first appointment with me and my Realtor. Arrived promptly on second day and charged preagreed $185. This was for half an hour's work. The expected full inspection was impossible, because a burst pipe had emptied the tub.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON SAFETY COVER INSTALLATION, IT LOOKS GREAT. MATT, TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING HE DID, AS HE CLOSED THE POOL. THEY CLOSE A POOL WITHOUT LOWERING THE WATER LEVEL AND WITHOUT SHOCKING IT. HIGHER WATER LEVEL SHOULD HELP MAKE THE LINER LAST LONGER AND NO SHOCK SAVED US $50.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. I WAS TOLD THE POOL WOULD BE COMPLETED IN 2 WEEKS-20 DAYS. IT TOOK THEM 68 DAYS. I WAS TOLD NUMEROUS TIMES THEY WOULD BE OUT TO WORK ON THE POOL, NO ONE WOULD SHOW UP OR CALL ME. ON A FEW OCCASIONS I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK OR MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ORDERED BEFORE HAND. THEY TRIED TO USE THE RAIN AS AN EXCUSE WHY THEY WOULDN'T COME OUT BUT WE HAD A VERY DRY SUMMER & IT ONLY RAINED 3 STRAIGHT DAYS WHERE I COULD UNDERSTAND IT BEING TOO MUDDY TO WORK. WHEN I DID GET THE BILL, THEY DIDN'T DEDUCT THE COST OF THE PERMIT, HE TOLD ME THE TAX WOULD ONLY BE A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS. ON THE BILL IT WAS ALMOST $1000. HE ALSO MISCHARGED ON THE LIGHT. AFTER I POINTED IT OUT, HE SAID IT SOUNDED RIGHT. THEY WERE ALL NICE BUT IT WASN'T A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WENT WITH THEM B/C THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST.

I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LINER AFTER THEY INSTALLED IT, WHEN I CALLED THEM REGARDING THIS THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS. THE WORKER THAT COMPLETED THE JOB WAS OUTSTANDING. HE DID A GREAT JOB.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. MATT AND DAVE WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST CHOICE WHEN I NEED POOL SERVICE.

WE RECEIVED A RETURN CALL THE SAME DAY AND THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE WEEK. MATT NOT ONLY CLOSED THE POOL, BUT HE PROVIDED ME WITH DIRECTIONS AND SUGGESTED THAT I COULD DO THE WORK MYSELF.

OVERALL, DAVE AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB, GETTING AN OVERALL ''A''. THE ''B'' GRADES WERE RELATED TO THE FACT THAT I THINK THE COMPANY WAS A BIT OVEREXTENDED AT THE TIME WE NEEDED THEIR SERVICES FOR SUCH A BIG PROJECT (AT THE ''PRE-SEASON RUSH'' TIME), AND THE GUYS WERE ''SPREAD A LITTLE THIN''. CONSEQUENTLY, IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THE END RESULT WAS VERY GOOD. WHAT DAVE AND HIS CREW LACKED IN TIMELINESS AND RESPONSIVENESS, HE MADE UP FOR IT IN INTEGRITY AND CONSCIENTIOUSNESS: IT WAS JUST AS IMPORTANT TO HIM THAT HE DO A GOOD JOB.

HE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. HE HAS A HIGH RATING AND HE DESERVES IT.

PRICES HIGH, WORK DONE WAS GOOD, TOOK 3 DAYS TO RETURN PHONE CALL, COURTEOUS MY FIRST ENCOUNTER, YET DISCOURTEOUS ON THE PHONE AFTER CALLING ABOUT A DOUBLE CHARGE. FAILURE TO DELIVER A CHEMICAL THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. TOLD ME TO FIGURE OUT MY OWN TAX WHEN BILL WAS REDUCED AND DIDN'T RE-BILL ME WITH CORRECTED CHARGES.

DAVE BARROW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS CREWS ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

A - Z DID AND ALSO DID THE MOST COMPLETE CLOSING I HAVE WITNESSED AT AN EXCEPTIONAL PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THE OWNER IS A PERFECTIONIST AND DOES NOT SEND OUT CREWS. HE IS ON EVERY JOB AND HAS HELPERS. HIS TRUCK IS A MOBILE SERVICE/WAREHOUSE WITH ANY EQUIPMENT OR LAB TOOLS NECESSARY. AGAIN, I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

TOOK A WHILE (2WEEKS) TO GET LINER SHIPPED IN. HOWEVER THAT EXPECTATION WAS SET. THESE GUYS SHOWED UP AND KNOCKED OUT THE INSTALL IN ONE DAY. IT WAS INCREDIBLE TO SEE HOW THEY GOT THINGS COMPLETED. POOL SHOULD BE OPEN TODAY FOR THE SEASON BECAUSE OF THEIR EFFORTS. INCREDIBLE TEAMWORK OUT OF THESE GUYS. I WOULD LOVE TO TELL OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH DAVE AND HIS PARTNER.

DAVE BARROW OWNS AND OPERATES SWIMMING POOL SERVICES. HE CAME OUT TO INSPECT MY DAMAGED POOL THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY CALL. MY 16'X32' IN-GROUND POOL HAD DAMAGED COPING AROUND THE POOL AND NEEDED A NEW LINER. THE EXISTING COPING HAD TO BE REMOVED BEFORE MOUNTING NEW COPING TO INSTALL THE NEW LINER. DAVE AND HIS CREW WERE PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND REASONABLE.
