Ed was very helpful and came out the same day I called him. They ended up replacing the old black plastic main supply line with a new copper line. The crew replaced the line in less than one day and did very good work.

I had a great experience with A1 Pro Services. Ed was very patient with me as he walked me through the whole process. There was one hiccup in the process, but as soon as I notified Ed, he was back out here the next morning to inspect it, and got right to letting me know options to remedy. He took care of the issue and that was most important. That was the only reason I gave a 4 for quality, but what is most important was that the customer service far exceeded a 5 rating because they got the issue fixed. They even replaced my solar lights that had been accidentally damaged during the escavation. A1 Pro met their deadlines and were always very good about communicating to me in a timely manner. The price I paid for this work was very reasonable and they did a great job. Don't hesitate to hire the A1 Pro Services team!!

This was my experience with Ed- He showed up at our scheduled appointment time for our estimate when he said he would. He gave us a very good price compared to other estimates! Actually, no other company really came close to his price! They started the work when he said they would and finished it in the same day. I most certainly will recommend them to everyone I can, that needs this kind of work. We had an absolutely excellent experience to replace our waterline from the street to the house.

The team did a great job replacing the main water pipe especially with several original parts being non-standard and the temperature being in the 90's. Only recommendation would be more coordination on timing of work completion.

Had a great experience with A1. They gave me a competitive estimate and we able to get to work quickly. My particular issue had lots of unexpected problems, but the workers pushed through and kept me informed of what was going on. Took a little longer than expected but my issues were fixed for a reasonable price so I'm still happy.

These guys are good contractors, and competitive prices. They are very professional, timely, considerate and will definitely be working with them again.

He does what he says he will when he says hes going to do which is rare in this industry. So many times today when you deal with a contractor they come with cruddy equipment and Eds equipment is clean and his people and their work are clean.

They do great work, really satisfied with what they have done from start to finish. I am happy with it.
