Brandy and her crew were prompt, courteous, friendly, hard working and professional. We are planning to have them back this Spring to manage another huge tree that needs work.

The winter weather was an issue with scheduling, however, the owner kept in contact and was able to perform the service. I was very impressed with the level of contact. I would definitely recommend their services!

Brandy provided the estimate yesterday and scheduled the work for today. She called this morning to advise when they would be here. They were early and completed the work in a very timely manner. I give them high marks for professionalism, politeness, and neatness. They completed cleaned all of the debris from taking down the trees and even made sure to sweep small branches out of the street. I highly recommend them for tree services.

I purchased $200 of tree trimming services for $99. The service provider promptly contacted me and I texted photos of the two trees for which I was requesting an estimate--one for removal, the other for trimming. I felt the estimates were too high and I asked to be provided with $200 worth of trimming for one tree. The service provider said they could not guarantee that the services I wanted could be performed for the deal amount. They suggested I request a refund from Angie's list, which I did.

Did trim trees in front but missed one. Added several additional charges to bill. Ended up paying about $300. Sent us an invoice but was not real friendly collecting payment.

I met with Brandy for an estimate on January 13th. She was very professional, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work for January 15th. I was impressed with their ability to schedule so quickly. She stated they would arrive between 9-10 and they arrived at 9:20. There were about 5 people in the crew that worked on the trees. After the work was done, Brandy took me around the property to show me what they had accomplished. The work was excellent and done within 2 hours! We discussed plans for the Spring to include removal of two more trees and planting of several more as well as edging and mulching. I will definitely be using them again in the Spring as I feel their prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and they are punctual, professional and schedule in a timely manner.

The crew from A Woman's Touch Tree Service did an excellent job cutting and removing six dead Ash and Maple trees from our back yard. They called the day before the work was to be done to confirm the work and indicate their starting time. They arrived right on time. They performed the work just as promised and were very thorough in cleaning up the area at the end. We have a lot of shade perennials and groundcover in the area where those trees were and the workers did a great job of minimizing any damage to the area as they worked. They were very well organized as a group and took all precautions to make sure the area was safe and they worked safely. Brandy (the owner) was great to work with. She quoted the job and she was on site the whole time while the work was done. She took some time before they got started and explained to me how they were going to do the work. When the work was finished, she did a walkthrough of the area with me to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely call A Woman's Touch Tree Service again for any tree related service. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced.

We contacted A Woman's Touch Tree Care to request a quote on the job that I needed completed. They came out and gave us an estimate on the clean up of our flower beds around the house, and the shrubs I needed cut back in the front of our home. They were courteous, appreciative of my specifics (like not cutting back my lavender), and we set up an appointment a few days later. They arrived on time, did everything that I requested to my specifications, and cleaned up everything and took the clippings with them. The entire time they were professional, courteous, and even gave me suggestions on my lavender and how to reduce the weeds that seem to take over my perennial garden. I will definitely be calling them in the spring.

I needed the job done soon, as the roofers were scheduled to show up in less than a week. A Woman's Touch's crew was on the job the next day after the free estimate. And under rather challenging circumstances, as we'd had a snow storm with temperatures in the teens that very morning. The crew of 2 completed the job in under 2 hours and the clean-up was good. When the weather is improved I intend to hire them for less urgent work (removal of a dead Maple in the yard).

From start to finish this was an easy and professional experience. Although it took a couple of weeks before they could come out to quote, when they did and I accepted the next day they were then able to do the work next day. It was a very large tree and the crew had it down and cleaned up after themselves in one day. The price was very reasonable and service was professional. I would use them again.

Per my HOA, we were required to have two Ash trees removed from the front yard curb area. A Woman's Touch didn't answer when I first called, but called back about an hour later. They were very courteous and professional. Due to rain, they did not make it out for the estimate as scheduled. They came out for the estimate the next day. After the estimate was done, they called me a week later to follow-up and tell me they would discount the quote $100 if I would hire them for the removal of the trees. I hired them and they were out in two days. They were very prompt, removed the trees quickly, and cleaned up following the extraction. Excellent service! I will hire them again If I need any services they provide.

I will definitely call them to do more work for me. They were professional, prompt, did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to my daughter who needs a tree removed in her yard.

Owner Brandy provided the free on time estimate. I asked her to adjust the estimate with no problems. On the day of the service Brandy called me to update me on what was found. She sent me pictures to validate the issue since I was at work. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Brandy and her team provided excellent service to my specs and clean up was very thorough as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality tree service.

Nice people. I can't use them right now, but may in the future for other work. I like that they tried to fit my job in at the last minute at a discount, and I was sorry I couldn't take them up on it.

Brandy's crew, literally left an hour ago and they did such a great job, I wanted to get their review submitted ASAP. They were prompt, professional, got the work done quickly and cleaned up all limbs before leaving. I will definitely use them for some other trees that need to be trimmed and possibly removed. My back yard looks completely different without the tree they removed, but the eye sore needed to be gone! Brandy, you have a great team working for/with you. Keep up the great work.

During the service estimation, Brandy explained in great detail the best trimming for that particular tree and which limbs could be saved. I was very comfortable and pleased with her approach and professional mannerism. The trimming crew was on time according to the date and time for service. The crew engaged in friendly conversation and laughter with me. I was also pleased with the completed work and clean up. Wonderful people!!!

There was an additional $300 in the work that we had them do. They did additional tree trimming and stump removal. Overall, they are very friendly and very easy to talk to.

A Woman's Touch Tree Care did an okay job. They trimmed a couple of more additional trees. They are definitely on time. They did what I told them to do so I don't have any issues. Maybe I will use them in the future.

After examining the trees, she gave her professional recommendation on what work really needed to be done. She provided an estimate and said her crew could be back the next day to do the work.
