A Woman's Touch Tree Care

. I have used this provider before. They always arrive on schedule and I am never asked to pay until I am able to inspect the work to make sure it is done as I requested. They are very professional and always clean up well when they are done working.

They brought a large crew of people, 8-10, didn't count. They swarmed in and took control of the situation. They were on the job and didn't stop until it was complete. One guy climbed up and very professionally cut the trees down in pieces while the rest of the crew cleaned up the mess. A couple of others were trimming the bushes and cleaning up that mess. They raked and swept up the driveway. They had a mulching machine out at the street and as the crew brought up the pieces of wood, a guy would send it through the machine and it blew it up into the back of a truck. Everything was mulched and cleaned up. When they left the place was clean, trees were gone and bushes were trimmed. They were all very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again.

I called Brandy to get an estimate for felling some trees and cleaning up a brush pile from a couple of trees my husband had taken out along our fence. She made an appointment but then was able to show up early. She gave me a reasonable estimate, but I really needed to keep the cost down as far as possible. Otherwise, my husband wanted to buy a chipper for $150 which wasn't going to be up to the task and then he'd have to do it. Brandy worked with me to get the price down. She gave me specific instructions on how my brush needed to be piled in order make it possible to feed the hopper. So my husband felled the trees and stacked the brush according to instructions. Brandy came back with her crew. They made short work of the pile and in addition, took the rest of a stump off with no additional charge. They cleaned up all the debris and swept the drive as well. I got my 10% Angie List discount and a note pad! Highly recommend this company. I really appreciated her willingness to work with me.

I think they did exactly what I wanted them to do and did it well. They were also punctual, doing the work the day after the estimate. I was very pleased with the work.

We had received a quote from another company but a coworker recommended that we see what A Woman's Touch could do for us as she had been very pleased with the service she had gotten when she needed several fruit trees removed. WOW! The quote was almost 50% less than the first company which was great but even better, the service was phenominal. They came promptly to give the quate and came exactly when they said they would for the actual removal. When they were finished the crew (and owner) cleaned up completely after themselves. Infact I think my property was tidier after they left than before they arrived. I cannot say enough nice things about this company.

It went well. The work was done completely as described and without any need for supervision.

We were pretty satisfied with the service. They were very professional and willing to do anything that we asked them to do and they were more than willing to look into things. Their price was probably as good as any other company's price and the quality of their work was very good. They did everything that we asked them to do and a couple more things around that we did not tell them about originally and while they were out here, they did it right away for us. Their punctuality was good and they were very professional.

A Woman's Touch Tree Care came out as promised and gave me a quote. She was on time and very professional. She diagnosed my tree on the spot what it had wrong with it. She also gave me a written estimate on thinning out my tree in the front yard. Once I called back for the work to be done, they were quick to schedule me an appointment. They called ahead just like I asked them to and sent a crew out to get the job done. I was an excellent experience.

Brandy arrived with her crew of about 6 additional workers. I explained what I wanted done and even though I had purchased a package - $200 of Tree & Shrub Service Including Trimming, Planting, Removal & More! for $99 - she advised me that what I wanted done would cost an additional $200. I agreed, but I felt a bit intimidated and think I would have negotiated had there not been 6 pairs of eyes and ears observing the transaction. That said her crew is a diverse bunch and they have fun while they work and are fun to watch. They did a very good job with everything and I was pleased. I live in a condo though and most of the landscaping is taken care of by the maintenance staff. In this case I had some extra things I wanted done.

I purchased a Big Deal for tree service in order to have this work done. Janice came out to give me an estimate within a day of calling their office and she was able to schedule me the next morning. Janice quickly assessed the work and provided me with the estimate. They arrived early the next morning and went straight to work. Janice and her crew were prompt, professional, quick and thorough. Their work was excellent, they left the yard clean and even removed the leaves and ornamental grass from the work area. She also gave me pointers and a referral for a stump-grinding service. Fantastic job, I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend Woman's Touch.

This tree service company was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Brandy, the crew chief, was very easy to work with. When she came to do the estimate, she grasped immediately what was needed (one of the trees needed a lot of pruning to get it away from a power line located above our son's tree house, the other trees and shrub more routine pruning), and gave us an excellent estimated price for the work. She and her workers came when they said they would, worked most of the day, got the job done to my (and my wife's) satisfaction, and cleaned up nicely. They did damage slightly two boards in a gate, but Brandy offered to have the workers install new ones, if I would buy them at Lowe's, which was very fair because the boards had been rotted out some already; opening the gate did more damage, but it was unavoidable. And Brandy was as good as her word. I bought the boards, her workers installed them and the gate looks as good as new. This is a great company; I would use them again without doubt and recommend them highly.

Brandy gave a good and fair estimate. We were pleased that she gave us options on how to treat various landscape elements. For example, she suggested a way that helped us save a tree instead of just cutting it down. They were able to schedule us immediately. The whole crew arrived punctually. Brandy stayed with them and supervised the work very closely, It was a happy, enthusiastic and thorough crew. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and will definitely consider them for future landscaping projects.

The estimate was for $1000- $200 (big deal savings) to trim three Oak trees off elevation of roof and cleanup. The estimate for full service (thin, elevate deadwood) would be $1800-$200. The estimate was done quickly and courteously. I chose another company to fully trim 10 trees including cabling one. Their certified arborist spent about 30 minutes with me to answer questions and discuss details of the job. I wanted to make sure my trees were trimmed to preserve their long-term health and appearance.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. They gave me the very best estimate to have the tree removed and they did a great job! I will use them again and I have already recommended them to my sister-in-law.

I had a tree in the back yard that had a lot of growth around the trunk. The tree also needed to be trimmed because it was hanging over my driveway. It dropped berries every year on my driveway leaving a big mess. I called 'A Woman's Touch' Tree Care. They informed me the tree was dead. There was a Mulberry tree growing right next to it. I asked how that could happen. They informed me birds do that by leaving their deposits. They told me they could remove the dead tree without disturbing the healthy mulberry tree. Also, they would trim an edge around the base and make it neat. They came to cut down the tree the morning we decided on and removed the dead tree, cleaned up and edged around the Mulberry tree in less than an hour. The mulberry tree looks neat, healthy, and tall. I gave them my check and they thanked me for using their Tree Care service and gave me a complimentary pen and writing pad. I was very pleased with their service.

I was ve;ry impressed with the crew that show up promptly when they said they would! The crew, led by Janet did an outstanding job, and a complete job of cleaning up. In less than two hours they had completed everything I asked them to do and were on their way. When I originally called, Brandy came out on time as scheduled and prepared an estimate, and scheduled the work. Though I later changed my mind about the number of trees I wanted cut down, they showed up as scheduled, adjusted the price, and were very professional. I would recommend their service to anybody!

These folks were wonderful. Brandy came out to give us an estimate on Tuesday 4/1 and they were out on Wednesday 4/2 to do the job. The entire team showed up at once and got to work right away. Every person on the team was friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up every spec of debris before they left. My tree looks great! These folks really seem to love what they do and know how to work as team to get the job done. Very pleased with this experience.

They did an excellent job of preparing the site (moving patio furniture, planters, etc. out of harm's way), clean up and replacing the furniture afterwards was just as meticulous. Despite VERY cold temperatures, they completed the work just before sunset. We are very pleased with not only the work, but Brandy's knowledgeable advice, helping us prioritize for future tree care. They weren't the cheapest quote we've had, but their professionalism, communication skills and tidiness is much appreciated.|Would hire again and recommend.|

Brandy and her crew arrived early. She evaluated the situation, was honest about which trees needed pruning, walked me through why and how the big cuts would be made, and gave me an excellent quote. I had told her I probably wouldn't be prepared to have the work done that day because I hadn't yet received my other quotes, but having had my trees pruned regularly in the past, I knew she gave me a great price for the work. They even threw in cutting down some pampas grass that was looking the worst for wear after all the snow we have had. I was grateful to have that done, since I was going to need to do it within the week so that m y spring flower have a space to bloom. I approved the quote, and, since her crew was there and ready to go, they got to work. I was very pleased with the work and the people. She and her crew were all professional. They even cleaned up some branches that AEP left after doing a terrible job on a tree near power lines. When the work was complete, she walked me through everything they had done. When I found a few remaining suckers at the bottom of a tree, they cleaned it up immediately. The clean-up was also exceptional. And she charged me exactly what she said she would. I couldn't be happier with this company!

Everything went great! Would definitely hire again.

I bought a Big Deal in January. Brandy came out and we discussed what I wanted done. I told her I wanted to wait until the weather was better before doing the work. I contacted Brandy in March to tell her I was ready for the work to be done. We set up a day. She called me approximately 15 minutes before they were to arrive. When I got there, she and her crew had already arrived and had already taken down the dead tree. I verified what I wanted done with the other two trees. When I got home that evening you couldn't tell that they were there except for the work that was done on the trees. They were very professional and did a great job.

Company never reached out to me to honor big deal until I cancelled the deal.

Very good experience. Excellent service. They met me to go over the work, set up a time to get it done. I did not even have to be present for the work. I would highly recommend them.

The crew showed up on time after pre-notifying me of their arrival. They took down the infected ash tree, cut it up, ground up the small stuff and stacked the cut down logs for me to use. They then cleaned up all the debris and even blew off the sawdust from my deck. Except for the missing tree, you would hardly know they were here. The whole process took about 2 hours.
