A Woman's Touch Tree Care

It was AWESOME!! This is the second time I have used this company. Totally professional from the free estimate through the job being done. The entire crew knew exactly what they were doing. You can tell that they have experience getting the job done without the destruction of structures around the area. I had a fence, shed and play area that could have been damaged if something went wrong. The gentleman literally walked right up the tree using safety equipment and his knowledge to take the tree down branch by branch was nothing but amazing. I babysit a few children, whom became their audience. They were so kind with the kids and interacted with them. They even loaded the firewood into my elderly father's pick up truck so he can use it this winter for his wood burning stove. I will use them again and again. If you need tree service, A Woman's Touch is the place to go!

They were prompt and professional and everything you could ask for. very knowledgeable as well. and didn't try to just over sell us. they even gave us advice on what not to buy.

Everyone was fantastic. Brandy arrived when she said she would and quickly provided us with an estimate. The crew arrived, got right to work climbing the trees, safely and efficiently removed the limbs, cut the limbs into campfire size pieces, and cleaned up the site when done. The crew was friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. We have already passed the word to our friends and neighbors and will, ourselves, be certain to call them again if we need tree work.

The scheduling of the quote was very easy. Brandy was prompt, and offered a good price (I had quoted 2 others). After I called to accept the quote and set up a time to have the work done I was able to get the work performed the very next day. I was not home during most of the day, however when I got home 3/4 of the work was finished. There was a team of 5 and they worked hard the times that I saw them. We offered them refreshments and they were very appreciative. They left the backyard in good condition and were very curteous to close up all of my gates when leaving. I would highly recommend this service. They offer fair pricing, good service and great customer service!

From first contact through completion, they were awesome. Totally professional. I was amazed how quickly the work was done. There were 4 crew members and they definitely knew what they were doing. I wasn't sure we could save the locust as my biggest concern was the roots. However, per initial quote and also confirmation by crew, the deadwooding / thinning out should help...however, of course, we will have to see how it goes. It's all up to the tree. Clean up was phenomenal. You would not have known they were there. I had flowers planted around one of the trees and they were not even touched. I will definitely continue to use Brand and her crew. I highly recommend.

We got them from Angie's List. They did a nice job. We were very happy. The crew was very polite. They work. They are not standing around or talking, they are working and working hard. I really appreciate it. Our next door neighbor went 'I love your yard, it is gorgeous. I am going to call them' That is nice when you have somebody, you don't ask what they think but they say, 'This is great'. They had to do a lot of work. They did it, got in and got out. They took care of business. The took out a flower bed, they made another flower bed that was a bit smaller. They put weed preventer down. Then they put mulch down. They put soil down where we needed new soil. I think they were seven of them. One was a younger woman and she was right up there with the those guys pulling those bags of mulch around. They said they would be here and they were here. It was a little bit later than they anticipated because they had trouble getting the mulch.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I pruned trees in my back yard and cut out brush and bushes. I called the company to have them chip the materials and remove. I got a quote the same day. They came out the next day. Everyone on the crew was polite, friendly, and professional. They looked at the project, figured out a game plan, and started to work. They worked relentlessly. Once all the materials were removed, they cleaned up all the debris -- and I mean all the debris. There was not a loose twig in sight. I highly recommend this company.

They did a good job. They came on time. They cleaned up very well. You would've not had known that they had been here. They worked the whole time.

The work was wonderful, and the workers were great. They were prompt, and they left the area clean. I would recommend them.

They were very professional and pleasant when I called. I arranged to have someone come to my home to provide me with an estimate on having a maple removed from my backyard. That same day, Brandy came over and left me with an estimate for the work, and I didn't need to be there at the time. Price was very reasonable. I called them again as I had neglected to ask about stump removal after the tree was cut down and they provided me with a name of someone who they work with that would be able to perform that part of the service. The whole experience in communicating with them was very nice but I was able to find another organization who could both remove the tree and stump for about the same price as I was quoted by A Woman's Touch Tree Care for just the tree removal. I am hoping that the company I selected will be as efficient and pleasant to work with as A Woman's Touch has been. I do appreciate that, unlike some other companies I called for estimates, they were quick with getting back with me and very easy to work with. Were it not for a small price difference I would have definitely used them for the job.

They were able to come out and give me an estimate the day I called. It was very reasonable, less than I expected and I agreed to the work on the spot. I had left messages with other companies but had not heard back from any of them. Today a crew of 4 arrived around 9:30 am and were done within a few hours. The thinned out tree looks amazing. They removed the dead tree and did a great job with clean up. Most of the limbs went into my neighbors yard. It looks spotless! You can't tell there was an entire tree on the ground on their side. I even saw them blowing debris off of their porch! FYI, I am logged into my Mom's account.

A crew of 6 arrived as scheduled and got right to work. It took approximately 2 hours to complete the job, including clean up. The trees look awesome. I plan on using this provider next spring.

It went very well. They came on the day that they said they would. When I got home from work the tree was gone. The only trace that someone was there was the stump. They were very up front in the beginning that they would not be taking out the stump, and that we would have to contract with another company to remove the stump. We are very satisfied with their service. Would use again if needed.

There was a crew of 7 who came out and trimmed the trees. They were prompt, did a terrific job, and were very affordable. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did.

This is the 2nd time I've used their services, and while the people are all nice enough, this is also the second time I was hit for more costs under the guise of a "misunderstanding" between what I asked for and what I received. The biggest issue was the firewood. We agreed that they would cut the wood into firewood so I could use it over the winter. What I actually received was wood chunks so large that even if split in half, still would not have fit into my oversized fireplace. I explained to Brandy that because I hired her company, I now have additional work to do--split the firewood into reasonable sizes and stack the wood. The large wood pieces that they did initially cut were very haphazardly dumped instead of being placed neatly. They did stack this wood after I complained. In all, I had to pay over and above our agreed upon amount for them to actually make the wood usable. I was also told that in the 11 yrs in the industry, I am the only customer to ever expect firewood to fit into a fireplace. Sadly, I have more business at a rental property but I don't think I will go this route for a third time. ***update to response from provider below*** I did not request that they split my wood with a chainsaw. Why would I care how they did it? When I asked of the wood could be cut into firewood at the time of the estimate, it would have been nice for Brandy to have told me that they cannot do it in pieces that will fit into my fireplace. I would have told her to just take the wood, then. And yes, they did come back and split the wood a week or so later, but I had to pay for that separately. So to imply that they did me a favor by coming back is erroneous, at best, and certainly not going "above and beyond," as claimed by the provider in the below response.

The staff in the office is very professional and always returned calls right away-by no means a given with landscapers. Brandy came out to do an estimate on the date scheduled-early in fact, as they called when they had an opening in their schedule as promised. She explained what needed to be done to two tress in my yard-a Bradford Pear and a Silver Maple. I'm pretty much ok with the work they did. Both trees had their branches thinned out and the back yard is mulched. I'm not totally happy because: 1.) We had discussed fixing the mulching of a silver maple in my front yard and that wasn't done so perhaps I misunderstood. 2.) I was given an initial estimate of $600, which was then reduced to $540 for the Angie's List discount. However when I got the bill, it was for $716.49. When I called to ask about it, I was told the mulching supplies and labor (and tax, not that I care about that part) were not included in the original estimate and that is why there were "figures on the left hand side of the estimate." I would not have understood at signing time that extraneous figures on the form meant that they were not inclusive in the quoted price. When we spoke on the phone before they came out, I was quoted the $540 price, which I again thought included everything, save tax. It was a REAL sticker shock when I got the invoice with the actual cost mailed to me after the fact. Even though I was happy with their work overall, the price discrepancy really bothers me so I'm not sure I'd use them again, however "Not sure" is not an option above.

Superbly. Plenty of workers supervised by Brandy who pleased us very much! All trimmings picked up! Appreciated the responsiveness of Brandy to help us.

The owner and her crew showed up on time and started right to work. The tree truck diameters were at least 2 feet, and branches hung over my house and my neighbor's driveway. They took them down without any problems. The crew worked constantly and efficiently. they were easy to communicate with and worked well as a team. They removed all the debris and cleaned everything up. I didn't have to do any clean up afterwards. The owner made sure she explained everything that they were doing as I was concerned with the trees being so close to the house, they finished the job in one day. I was very impressed with thier professionalism and would definitely use them again.

The maple had been dropping branches, so we had them trim the tree and they did a great job cleaning that up. They hauled the wood off, too! It was great! In the past couple storms, we haven’t had any branches falling. They were very reasonable on pricing. They were knowledgeable about the tree, similar to an arborist.

This is our second experience with AWTTCare. We would not choose anyone else. Both times we were provided with excellent advice and reasonable pricing. The crew cleans up afterward and the owner is one of the nicest and most professional providers I've had the pleasure to know. We have very mature trees on our property and we were given lots of great advice of how to work with them. The crew cleared all the debris and left us with wood we requested cut and neatly stacked. Give this company a try! They are A+!

My experience with them was phenomenal. We did three bids for companies and they were the best.

Update: They came back out and took care of most of the issues. Much appreciated. Thank you The bed clean up was a disappointment. They did not dead head the roses, did not take care of the Irises, and left weeds in between plants. It looked like the weeded all the open spaces, but where the plants actually were they just disregarded those areas. From a distance it looks quite nice, but when you get close you can see the weeds that were left. I made it very clear that I was putting my house on the market so I wanted the front in particular to look immaculate. This why I hired them. I usually do this myself, and I feel like the job they did is no better and probably worse than what I would have done in terms of the bed cleanup. The mulch looks good, and they did put down a good amount and at least 2" depth everywhere so that was good. They also did a good job trimming the hedges. It just looks like they rushed past some of the details and did not do the best job getting things looking great. They also crushed a hose end, but the owner was very professional about this and was happy to replace it if I wanted. It was a $7 part so I told her not to worry about it. From that standpoint they were very good. Also they were about $200 cheaper than other estimates (though I had a 10% Angie's list credit from them). So the price was very good. Just wish the cleanup had been done a lot better.

They arrived on time. They first consulted with me and confirmed the work that I wanted to have done. The elm tree was located in a tight spot, close to my home and my neighbor's. It was taken down with great care and no damage to either home or to any other plantings. All of the work was done professionally and per my instructions. The clean up was thorough and all of the workers were very nice.

Very nice people & very responsive to our needs and requests. Even though we did not use them I would recommend having them give you an estimate.
