Description of Work: They were excellent in communicating with me. I understood exactly what they were going to do and the price was very fair. They arrived right on time. Did they work as quoted. And cleaned up and did a great job. I still have another tree I need to do, and I will be calling them to do it.

Description of Work: Had a 70 foot tall black walnut tree cut down. The tree was in a very tight spot between utility poles with power, cable and telephone wires and other construction around. They did an awesome job, and great clean up afterwards.

Description of Work: Mowed lawn. Administrative processes could be improved. They lost my request and didn't have me on the schedule. Once that was corrected, the people sent couldn't mow my lawn with their equipment. Another person was supposed to show up that day to provide an estimate and didn't. I thought it was kind of pricey, especially since I had to wait around a day and a half to get it done. I will say that when I complained to the owner, she was very responsive.

Description of Work: Bought the deal through Angie's list. Person came down to provide quote on few small items ( pruning the shrubs etc.). Price quoted was significantly higher than the market price. Did not reach out to them after the price quote.

Description of Work: They removed a large tree branch that had fallen on to the roof of my house. The crew removed the branch and cleaned up the fallen debris.

Description of Work: A Woman's Touch Tree Care removed a hemlock approximately 40 feet tall from my backyard and trimmed a red bud tree. They were very professional: on time, straight to work, thorough clean up. I have already recommended them to some of my friends.

Description of Work: We hired them for tree service. The work went real well. They were very good company. The only problem that we had was the quote that they gave us. We found them by way of a coupon they had. They had given us the impression they were going to honor the coupon with the work that they did, but they did not when the work was complete. However, the work they did was excellent.

Description of Work: They came in and gave us an estimate. There was an additional $600 charge on top of the Big Deal cost for the work.

Description of Work: Three trees were either thinned or completely removed. A large crew quickly did the work in good fashion, removed all the debris, cut larger logs into stove length and avoided destruction of surrounding shrubs.
