A Woman's Touch Tree Care

The crew arrived at the appointed time. They did an excellent job of protecting houses and vehicles. Our neighbor on the side where the tree was being saved, did not believe the woman in charge was qualified to judge the tree as sound and argued with her about it. (I dearly love the man, but no woman knows better than he does.) When a worker up in the tree ( a man) started bouncing on the limb overhanging the neighbor's front porch to demonstrate its sturdiness, he conceded it might be okay. They offered to dispose of the wood at no extra charge, but we wanted to keep it, so they stacked it for us and raked the yard of debris.

Don't let the name misguide you - Brandy, the owner & her crew are very experience tree service company & would exceed expectations ! We hired them to service two properties, primarily to remove a big ash tree & pick-up few tree pruning / removals. Among 3-4 bids that I received Brandy was by-far the most cost effective. Estimate was discussed & provided on-site, the final cost was as promised. Brandy even threw in few minor pruning which she saw was necessary & not in initial estimate, thus did not charge me extra - she would do the right thing - which is why we hired her. On the first house appx. 5-6 crew came & within 2-3 hours did dead tree removal / pruning with speed & quality that I was impressed with their experience dealing with trees. A day later, appx 8 crew members w/ Brandy & two trucks / shredder came to service the second house for almost a full day. It was a big Ash tree almost dying & partially over my house & neighbors fence. It was brought down professionally w/ no damage to either my roof or neighbors property using ropes & climbing the tree. Brandy was nice enough to send all the wood to my side neighbor's house at his request - so I have two happy neighbors - one got winter wood, other got tree removal off his fence. Brandy & crew have a nice was of pruning all trees which they call "lighten & elevate", meaning they trim all low branches + ones near the house on outside & they prune few branches in the inside of tree allowing wind to pass through easily. Now alteast I can see the sky & tree is airy allowing wind to pass thro easily, thus will survive longer. Brandy does not do stump removal & the referral provided never turned up @ the time promised - so my advice is to get a stump removal guy confirmed scheduled at the same time - thus one will not have to do the clean-up all over again. My suggestion to A Woman's Touch Tree care would be in order to enhance the service further, they should include the stump removal as part of your entire package so a customer does not have to deal w/ two contractors. End of the day, everything was shredded, blown & cleaned up by the crew & left spotless. Brandy gave me various suggestions to enhance my yard on both the properties & I intend to engage her further in spring/fall. Overall - great job, exceeds expectation - definitely an "A".

The service was excellent. We had purchased a big deal and we paid a little more for having the trees planted. They were punctual, gave good service, did what we asked and everything that we needed. We would use them again. We ended up having them pick up and plant much larger trees than they were used to, but they did a wonderful job.

the staff was very friendly & showed up on time, but the price was very high for the work that was done. Instead of digging a nice trench/edge line around the group of pines to prepare them to be mulched as a group, for $199 the guy used a weed wacker to make a very thin line in the grass about a half inch wide & about an inch deep - which I could have easily done myself . I later hired someone else, whose quality & amount of work was significantly better, at a much lower cost.

Brandy is very responsive. She even worked with me on how to get the price within what I wanted to pay for the service. They were very punctual and did a nice job. The only complaint I have is that she apparently misunderstood what I wanted regarding one of the trees, as it stretches out way over my driveway, allowing nice target practice with my car for birds in the trees...I was a little disappointed when I came home to find that these branches remained, but a few texts with Brandy and they came back out to fix the problem. The only reason that I didn't give them an "A " across the board was because I was charged additionally for this return trip and the removal of the branches over my driveway. I didn't argue with her on this simply because she worked with me on price from the beginning and did what she thought she was contracted to do for the agreed upon price. Otherwise, Brandy was very easy to work with and I would/will use her again.

The morning they were to come, it rained. However, they showed up to start their work once the rain died down. I was so impressed with their work and cleanup that I decided not to take advantage of the 10% discount given to Angie's list members. They earned every penny of their fee.

They came out at the time that Ms. Mobley said they would they went straight to work and trimmed cut ,prune remove a tree that went on the roof form the storm and they are true Pros at what they do.

They were recommended to us by our neighbors. The work was wonderful! They were probably half the price of another company we used. They are terrific! They were so nice and professional. She was very capable as well!

They did a good job! When they came out, they got to work, did what they were supposed to, then left. I am going to be contacting them to trim some additional bushes when they are ready.

It turned out fine. There was one little mistake, but it was not too bad. They were on time. A lot of tree people are only into cutting it down. She surveys things and tells you weather she thinks you should cut it down or not. What I like about her is that she is into preserving trees. I thought that was very nice and was the main reason I hired her.

They arrived on time and I was very happy with the tree being planted. However they were not able to give me clear Instructions on how to care for my new tree. Also I had asked to be told how much of the $200 was left after the tree was planted so I could get some additional work done. They charged the full $200 to just pick up and plant the tree. I could have had the same service done by the nursery I found out later for only $50.

The work was fine. They did what they said they were going to and we were pleased with them. They were here and cut the tree down quickly and smoothly.

The team arrived promptly on time. They preceded to remove all of the tree's and remove all debris. They were very professional and courteous. The were extremely quick and thorough. When they were finished except for the small stumps left I could not tell they were even here. They removed all traces of debris from my yard. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

Great team. Hard workers, efficient. I would hire again and again.

I had an Angie’s List Big Deal coupon for the work. The work turned out well. I thought the cost was much higher than some of the other estimates I have received. They did a good job. They are very reliable and the man did a good job!

After we purchased the Angie's List Big Deal ($99.00 for $200.00 worth of service), Brandy left us a voice message about scheduling an estimate. We easily scheduled a time for an estimate. Brandy was very professional when she came by to give us an estimate. She spent time explaining her services and offered advice about options for tree thinning and removal. She was very knowledgeable. Her estimate was reasonable. Her 5 person crew was finishing up a nearby job and began arriving within minutes of agreeing to the estimate. Her crew was very efficient and professional and finished in about 2 hours. Her crew did a great job of cleaning up. She does not currently offer stump grinding so we are getting an estimate for that from another company that she recommended. We certainly would hire this company again.

They were in our area servicing others and ask us if we wanted to have any tree service performed. For the past couple of years we have been thinking about removing a couple of trees out front but thought it would be too expensive. We agreed to a price and that day they performed the work. The were very professional and pleasent to work with. They did exactly what they promised. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend A Woman's Touch.

It was a wonderful service, when she came out she gave me a quote and I thought it was a good quote and she was there the next day on time and she had six people with her. She told me that she was going to be there two hours and she was there exactly two hours. After she finished her and her crew cleaned up really well . She always had a smile her face which was nice.

They did an excellent job. We plan to use them for future work. They were working for our neighbor and we went over to talk with them. We asked them to do work for us. Our neighbor had high remarks about them. They did an awful good job for us. I could not believe how well they cleaned up. They picked up every little twig and stick. We were really pleased with the service.

I called to get an estimate on trimming and set an appointment. Brandi arrived just on time, explained what they would do and why. An appointment was scheduled later. The team arrived right on time and started the trimming after speaking with me to affirm what I wanted. The trees look great and all debris was taken away. The whole process took less than 30 min. (the trees are small). Everyone was very nice and made sure to check with me before and after to make sure they were doing what I wanted. This was a good experience with a pleasant and professional company.

The diameter of the tree wasn't much bigger than the size of a basketball- maybe 16 inches. There was one power line involved. The rest of the lines they were involved with were cable and phone lines. They gave me a discount, but I still thought I was charged too much for the size of the tree. I needed to have the tree taken down, so I did have them do it. They were very professional. They raked my entire backyard, and I would give them kudos for how clean they were. I mentioned that my neighbor had a tree fall and I think they hauled that off for him as well.

This was one of the Angie's List deals. We originally asked for small trees and brush work to be done. Asked for additional work and they had no problem doing this. They were punctual, quick and very good. We would definitely have them out again for more work.
