Company worked me into its schedule so I received service the same day I called. The repairman was very courteous and explained process as he worked. He answered my questions and demonstrated how to set and adjust water temps upon my request.

The lady who answered was so polite and professional and assured me they could take care of all the issues. I calmed down right away. Brian was able to get the shut-off to turn and set about to replace parts in the toilet. I told him I had a second toilet that had started dripping a couple nights earlier. He fixed it also. He was so easy to talk to, explained what he was doing, and let me try the shut-off just to make sure I could turn it now. When he left, everything was in good working order.

Plumber told me it would cost $301.00. for a permanent fix. The service charge remained. I did agree and plumber went out to purchase parts and returned within 20 minutes with parts that cost $74.00. After returning I told him it was too expensive and I could purchase a new toilet for that price. I was charged $61.50 for service call and $74.00 for the parts. Plumber kept the parts. I spent $135.50 for a temporary fix.

Quick diagnosis , no repair done per my request. They want over $200 to replace the hose/faucet so I found a cheaper source for the repair Diagnosis was $61.50

Really responsive. They always seem solve the problem. They are reasonable. Sometimes they'll show you something that you can do on you own. Very professional.

He found the problem and fixed it. He gave us good advice as well. He was knowledgeable personable and efficient.

A Plumbing did a wonderful job. Adam checked everything out and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. He was able to complete the work the same day and he was thorough and meticulous in his work. I would hire A Plumbing again in a heartbeat. Not only did A plumbing do a great job, they were less than half the price of another big name plumbing company for the same work.

I was pleased that they provided the service, didn't do any actual work but resolved the problem by turning the water back on.

I called them at 8 am and plumber (Pat) arrived as promised at 10 am same day. Job was performed quickly and professionally. Plumber communicated what was needed and why .

They were able to fix my immediate issue within 24 hours to get my house water back on. They came back four days later to fix the other existing problems.

It was lousy. If you answer the phone the way she did, you won't get very many customers. If it was the wife answering the phone, please get her some help. She needs to be relieved of that duty.

It went fine, called "A" Plumbing and they sent plumber the next day to check & give price. After approving proposal they came the following week to doo the work. Adam did the work in approx. 4 hours, he had to cut open the wall from the adjoining bedroom to make the water line connections. The access hole he made was very precise and it fit back in the hole very well. It works very well and my daughter and her children like it very much. The water was shut off for only about 2 hours. Adam performed very well.

Everything went excellent! Very smooth and Dave kept his word and his technician Adam did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it with care and professionalism. I had a hot water heater replaced where I supplied the hot water heater and A Plumbing completed the install. I was in a bind after Mr. Rooter dropped the ball (was late, could not provide me at least some type of estimate for just the install with me providing the the hot water tank or any clear direction on the actual issue of my existing hot water heater) and A Plumbing stepped in and knocked it out of the park! They could easily change their name to A+ plumbing!! : ) Dave, Adam and Brian care and please do not hesitate to hire them for your next plumbing need.

The technician cleaned up after himself and did a great job. He checked my sewage while he was here to make sure it was clear as a courtesy.

He was able to fix the existing hot water heater and with a quick adjustment solved the problem with the toilet. He also sorted out a goofy system where some of our hot water was coming through a non-working hot water heater (for some unfathomable reason, we have two hot water heaters, only one of which is functioning). He shut off that valve so now all of our hot water comes from the hot water heater that works. It makes a big difference! All of this work was done after 5 p.m. on a Saturday. Best $70 I ever spent with any service provider. This is a family business. OUTSTANDING!

The bathroom project was initially just installing a vent and installing a new ring for the toilet but the flooring under the toilet was in bad shape so Andrew and Peter did an impromptu remodel replacing the subfloor and installing new sheet vinyl flooring. This part of the project went quickly. Though the base molding wasn't installed until after the gas work was completed. The gas work took much longer to complete (months) mostly due to difficulties coordinating with the gas company but once the gas was temporarily shut off Andrew and Pete removed what exposed pipe to the second floor they could access (cut off feeds to old capped gas ceiling light fixtures and a second floor stove that was removed). The second meter was also removed in the same day and new more direct lines were run for furnace and dryer. Was only disappointed when I was told there'd be an additional charge if I wanted to use my credit card.

I called the office today 2-3pm, and spoke to the owner--he said he'd dispatch a man already in the field. Brian showed up around 4pm, and got right to work. He was friendly and professional. Unclogged both problems. Gave me some advice re: a shower valve. Overall an A+ experience. I'm keeping their number handy!

The timeliness was incredible, I got to take advantage of a cancelled call before me. Adam was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call in which I shared my water heating tank was leaking. Adam assessed the situation, determined the tank was in need of replacement. He then needed to make sure a 50 gallon natural gas water heater with a side power vent was available. The side power vent was the key, due to the fact our house does not have a roof vent from the basement. He located from his supply house the proper water heater tank, picked it up and had it installed in no time. Adam had to retrofit all of the plumbing due to the two water heaters not being aligned in the same manner, which was no problem for him to do so. Adam was very particular about the way he installed the tank and cleaned up after himself which was very appreciated. He was also very concerned about bringing the new tank in over a finished wood kitchen floor as well as taking the broken water tank out and not leaving any water or damage due to his dolly on the floor by placing cardboard down in the path which he needed to utilize going to the basement. Very pleased.

Was responsive and arrived on Monday after being called on Friday and arrived on time. The quoted price for a new disposal and installation was much higher than other offers. He also stated that there was no plug in the drain and there was no need for another plumber to look however there was a significant plug which was removed by another plumber without cost.

Liked the fact they had 24 hour scheduling. It wasn't a rush since I had two bathrooms and I asked for scheduling the next day. They called half hour before they came as they said they would.

He did not do any of the work. He gave me an estimate and told me he did not have the part to fix it. He charged me $44.95 It does not say on the add that they charge for an estimate. I asked if they would be here really early due to my schedule. He comes around 10:00 comes in looks goes out to truck makes phone call, and then came back and gave me an estimate. He then charged me $44.95 for this.

I would use them again in the future.
