They arrived right on time and had all the old concrete gone and the new forms up and ready in a couple of hours. The site passed inspection and the next day the new concrete was poured. The work was done very professionally; the workers were friendly and courteous.

Their service level was great. Customer service and quality of work, being on time & their clean up made working with them wonderful.

He and his team did everything right from the first phone call to the final product and follow up. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The price was reasonable, and I really appreciated the fact that I didn't need to pay till the work was completed. His team came when they said they would, didn't really ask for anything, just did their work well and left a beautiful end result. I have never before been excited about a driveway. I literally smile every time I pull up to the house.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and professional. Project was delayed a couple of weeks but once started everything went extremely smooth. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves. It all looks great!

Tony and team tore out the old asphalt driveway and poured a new concrete one. Team was extremely professional and very good at their craft. Very impressed with the quality of work. It looks fantastic! Did everything in one day. The team was very precise on smoothing out the concrete which they did for over an hour. They have obviously been doing this kind of work for a long time. Very pleased!

Tony responded quickly to my request for an estimate by coming out in person, measuring the area and discussing ideas for a new and improved front porch. Plans included raising the porch 8 inches above the old level and adding two convenient steps up from the approach sidewalk. We liked his suggestions and he answered all questions regarding how the work would be conducted. After receiving bids from several contractors, we chose A. P. Marchi not based on price, but on professionalism and the logic of his suggestions. The rainy weather provided an unexpected opportunity to do our smaller half-day project when other larger full-day jobs (driveways, etc.) had to be delayed. The old porch was jack-hammered and partially removed and debris hauled away. A good portion of time was spent installing wooden forms and plastic tarps to protect from unwanted splashing during the pouring and leveling process. So our project was completed quickly and the results are outstanding. Tony and his other two crew members were punctual, friendly, hard working and a pleasure to work with. We would gladly recommend A. P. Marchi for concrete contracting work.

I had contacted Tony for an estimate he was very prompt and showed at the time he said he would even in the rain. After deciding that A P Marchi was the company I was going to use, Tony sent me the contract via email which I signed and sent back the same day. The hardest part of the entire project was coordinating the start date. Tony got behind on a couple other projects because of weather so it took longer to get to me. Tony said they would prep and form one day then pour another. The crew (three of them) showed up on time and started right in. The prep work was done within three hours and they even took away some rocks that was not originally planned. Tony said they would be back three days later to pour concrete, like before they showed up on time and started to work right away. Within three hours everything was completed and the work looked great. They cleaned up after themselves and except for my new concrete pad you cannot tell they were ever there. I would most definitely hire A P Marchi again if I need concrete work done, very professional and friendly group of guys.

Tony Marchi and his crew removed our old asphalt driveway and poured a new concrete driveway and sidewalk. I had many questions and spring weather caused some changes in scheduling, but Tony was always easy to contact and prompt in his replies to my emails. The days of the project, they showed up on time or early and did the work with minimal impact on the rest of my property. They cleaned up everything well and made sure we were happy with the results. We are very pleased with the appearance of the finished driveway. I'm happy to give them a recommendation to friends, family, and neighbors.

the driveway looks great. The crew showed up at the time specified. The old driveway was removed and replaced with concrete. The control joints were cut the next day. the person who did it showed up at the specified time. The edges were filled in with topsoil the first of the week. i am very happy with the work

Second project for us with Tony Marchi and his crew. For second time, we were very satisfied with project results and execution. Crews arrived when they said they would and moved quickly and efficiently through the effort. Work took place very near an underground sprinkler head and the crew worked around this and caused absolutely no damage or disruption to this delicate plastic item. Finished apron blends nicely with existing crew. Project was bundled with a similar job at next door neighbor.

It went very well, although it took a while to schedule based on his business volume, I presume, and weather. Once the schedule was set the work was completed in the two day period Tony predicted.

We have a new construction home and needed a driveway installed before my daughter's wedding. Because of construction problems and delays with a second garage we built, it put us behind on getting a concrete driveway and the landscaping done. We contacted several concrete installers and had them look at our property and give us a quote. A.P. Marchi not only was the lowest bid but also agreed to complete the project before the wedding weekend while other contractors would not. Our driveway is not a typical straight driveway. It has curves to it and he was able to give it an elegant look to dress it up on the edges with his trowel. We have had so many compliments on the craftsmanship. He would frame up the concrete forms and have me approve what was done before proceeding to the next step. I appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was what we had talked about in the design. He and his crew did a fantastic job!

I went very smoothly once mother nature cooperated, rain put them behind schedule but Tony kept me updated. They showed up on time and got right to work. The old driveway, sidewalk & porch were removed quickly including 2 pads put in by city when sidewalks were put in on the street last year so everything was the same. The forms were put in place. That ended day 1. Day 2 again they were right on time and by 9:30 am the driveway was poured and by 12:30 the sidewalk and porch were poured. Tony & his crew were great and very nice. We got 4 estimates and though Tony was not the lowest the price was great and included a great Angie's list discount. Of the other 3 they included little or no Angie's list discount - 1 the highest was for 6" of concrete for the driveway which I knew was not necessary 4" is standard and minimal discount, the next was also high and the last although a little less we just weren't impressed with the contractor or his hand written under detailed proposal. also none of these 3 included replacing the 2 pads or the piece of sideway leading to the back yard that is adjoining to the driveway.

The team arrived slightly ahead of schedule and set about their work immediately. Lovell, Arlo, and the owner Tony provided excellent service, accurate and professional installation, and were polite, respectful, and a joy to work with. The site was down a long and significant grade at the back of our property and is not easy to get to. The team managed this constraint with ease and did their best to minimize damage to the grass. The relative position of the piers was a key consideration because the pavilion we will install is a pre-cut kit. The team met my dimensional requirements and took the time to double-check and confirm with me as a visual inspector one last time before the pour, which I really appreciated as there is not a great deal of room for dimensional error on this project.

Tony and his team were awesome! They arrived early each day and was very professional. The new driveway looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. No issues or complaints. Nothing but great service.

Driveway turned out beautifully. The previous driveway was original to the house (1978) and was in need of replacement. From beginning to end, timeliness and communication, and quality were excellent. Would recommend provider. Will use again when it's time to pour a concrete patio.
