+ -1 moreSHOWED UP FOR FIRST CLEANING, WHICH WAS GREAT. CALLED 2 HOURS AFTER SECOND CLEANING WAS SCHEDULED AND TOLD MEMBER THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO KEEP HER AS A CLIENT. MEMBER WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
