 + -1 moreTHEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE THEY CAME TO TAKE OUT THE TREE, WHICH TOOK SEVERAL HOURS. THEY DID A NEAT, CLEAN JOB. THEY REMOVED ALL THE WOOD AND GROUND DOWN THE STUMP. WE HAVE HAD THESE FOLKS BEFORE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT PEOPLE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME PROMPTLY AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE EXACTLY WHAT THEY CHARGED. THEY REMOVED A VERY LARGE BUCKEYE WITH 6 TRUNKS.

 + -1 moreI CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE ABOUT THE TREES AND RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TWO WEEKS LATER. SINCE THIS IS A VERY BUSY SEASON, I FEEL THE TIME BETWEEN THE ESTIMATE AND THE WORK WAS REASONABLE. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE BECAUSE THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: I HAD ONE TREE REMOVED, SEVERAL BROKEN BRANCHES ON ANOTHER TREE REMOVED, AND A TREE STUMP GROUND UP.

 + -1 moreMY NEIGHBOR CALLED A-ACCURATE SERVICE. WHEN I LOOKED UP MY LIST FROM ANGIE, THEY WERE ON IT. SO I'M WRITING THE REPORT. THEY WERE CALLED YESTERDAY 5/9 TO CONFIRM THE JOB. THEY ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. MAC THE SUPERVISOR WAS VERY POLITE. HIS TEAM DID A NICE JOB. VERY CONSIDERATE OF THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE. DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS PROMISED. MAC EVEN LOOKED IN MY YARD AND EXPLAINED WHAT TREES I HAD AND WHAT TO WATCH FOR IN CASE THEY SHOULD START TO DIE. VERY NICE JOB, I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I HAD TWO OTHER ESTIMATES FROM-MOORE & SON AND CHARTER OAKS. BOTH WERE VERY NICE. SINCE MY NEIGHBOR AND I WERE SPLITTING THE COST WE WENT WITH A-ACCURATE THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE LOWER, NOT BY MUCH. MY NEIGHBOR LIKED THE MAN WHO GAVE THEM THE ESTIMATE.
Description of Work: MY NEIGHBOR AND I SHARED A DYING TREE ON THE PROPERTY LINE. IT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED.

 + -1 moreJEFF WARD CAME OUT TO OUR PROPERTY THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE FOLLOWED UP LATER THAT EVENING WITH A PHONE CALL MAKING SURE I RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE HE HAD LEFT IN MY DOOR AND TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. I GOT 3 MORE ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND THEIR'S WAS BY FAR THE LOWEST. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SCHEDULE THE WORK, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS. THEIR WORK WAS FABULOUS AND THEY LEFT NO MESS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
