Description of Work: Jamie performed a roofing inspection after I had noticed small water spots on the drywall inside the 2nd floor roof. His inspection showed the roof to generally be in good shape, with any water infiltration most likely due to a ridge vent. Jamie reviewed with me numerous photos he had taken while on the roof. I would not hesitate to utilize them for future work.

+ -1 moreWhat I like about him is that he’s given me several estimates for what I need done. He’s willing to work with me. He’s extremely honest, efficient and smart. I’ve owned houses for a million years and he’s been really wonderful. I will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: He’s replacing part of a shingle roof and he’s working on part of a slate roof. I live in German Village which is a historic neighborhood and he specializes in this area and slate roofs.
