The company was prompt with an estimate and to schedule the work. The cost was very reasonable compared to other projects and/or companies.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with John Luft and his crew. They offered to remove the old gutters to accommodate my painter's schedule. They then worked closely with me so that the new gutters were installed quickly once the painting was done, even with a lot rescheduling because of bad weather delays. I had one minor issue which John quickly and cheerfully resolved. I highly recommend this company and will happily use them again.

Overall a very good experience. They were responsive and were able to get the job done within about 5 days of scheduling. I had originally requested PVC downspouts due to the large numbers of recent thefts of aluminum. They installed aluminum. When I called, they quickly returned and re-did the installation.

Very helpful, very professional, the only reason we didn't go with them is we had a few companies that we were impressed with. I feel they would have did a wonderful job. Sometimes we think we should have gone with them to do our gutters.

The crew that came to hang gutters was courteous and got the work done quickly, while maintaining the quality of the job. The company as a whole had a very professional demeanor and did a great job of scheduling and getting the work done when they said they were going to. Although travel plans prevented me from responding promptly to the proposal, once I did, the work was done within 24 hours. After a big storm, our front gutter was torn down. Made the decision to replace them all. A1 supplied a quote within a couple of days of contact and had them replaced within a week. Very pleased with work and price.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I AM HAVING THEM RETURN IN THE SPRING.

VERY QUICK TO CALL BACK AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE. VERY QUICK GETTING WORK DONE (PERHAPS NOVEMBER IS NOT A BUSY TIME FOR GUTTERS). GUTTER LOOKS GREAT, BUT THEY DEFINITELY LEFT THEIR MARK, BY NOT CLEANING UP. THERE WAS ROOF SHINGLE GRIT ALL OVER MY FRONT SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY. IT HAD FALLEN OUT OF THE OLD GUTTER WHEN REMOVING IT. THEY DID NOT SWEEP IT UP. IT ONLY TOOK ME ONE MINUTE TO DO, BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEM.

WHILE THERE HASN'T YET BEEN A HEAVY ENOUGH RAIN TO FULLY TEST THE GUARDS, SO FAR THEY'VE WORKED WELL. THE OWNER, JOHN LUFT, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL FROM START TO FINISH. HE WAS ALSO EASY TO WORK WITH, AS EVIDENCED BY HIS IMMEDIATE WILLINGNESS TO RECTIFY A MISTAKE BY HIS CREW. THE CREW HAD MISTAKENLY INSTALLED LEAF GUARD ON A SMALL AREA OF GUTTERING I DIDN'T NEED COVERED, JOHN APOLOGIZED AND SAW TO IT THAT IT WAS REMOVED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE GUTTERS. HE EVEN GUARANTEED IN WRITING TO MAKE GOOD ON ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN CAUSED, BUT AS NOTED ABOVE, THERE WAS NONE. GOOD EXPERIENCE W/ THIS COMPANY.

3 MAN CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY ESTIMATED THAT THEY WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE; THEY COMPLETED IN UNDER 3 HOURS. TEAROFF WAS LESS THAN A 1/2 HOUR. SINCE I HAD DECIDED ON 6' GUTTERS AFTER THE MEASUREMENT; THERE WERE SOME CHALLENGES IN SOME OF THE CORNERS. HOWEVER, THE GUTTER MACHINE WAS ON THE TRUCK; SO CHANGES COULD BE MADE 'ON THE FLY'; THIS PLAYED A BIG DECISION TO GO WITH A-ONE. THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY EVEN LEFT ME A CAN OF TOUCH-UP PAINT IN CASE ANY OF THE GUTTERS/DOWNSPOUTS GOT SCRATCHED. I'M GLAD I HAD THIS DONE(10/19/2005); SINCE THE NEXT DAY THERE WAS A HEAVY RAINSTORM.

CAME QUICKLY TO GIVE ESTIMATE WHICH WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES; THEY DIDN'T CONFIRM THE DAY THEY WERE COMING AND DIDN'T COME COMPLETELY PREPARED; WHEN CONTACTED ABOUT MY CONCERNS THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET THE WORK DONE BEFORE A BIG RAIN STORM.

THEY COMPLETED THE WORK ON SCHEDULE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEIR BID WAS LESS THAN HALF THAT OF THE HIGHEST BID, FOR SAME SERVICE, INCLUDING THE LEAF GUARDS.
