This job could not have gone any better from the original meeting with Jeff to completion. The quality of work was outstanding and Jeff did everything he committed to. He left our back yard spotless. We were very pleased with the honest, professional, and consultive approach that Jeff took while working with us. He gave his opinion when asked, but did not try to force any decisions on us. Jeff's pricing was fair for the work performed and the lowest of 3 bids. He is a perfectionist and kept us up to date relative to where we were in the process and what decisions needed to be made. He is great to work with and we were totaly pleased with how our deck looks. We would use him again and recommend him highly.

Wonderfully! Jeff answered all our questions, gave us a reasonable price and worked with us when we wanted a double instead of a single gate. He let us know from the outset when our fence could be scheduled and he was right on time. He and his crew had it up in two days time and it is beautiful. They cleaned up everything, my yard is ready for the grandkids! 😄

Jeff was wonderful. He worked with me on design and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. He kept me informed, returned calls/emails quickly and started on the day he had set. Couldn't be happier with the project from start to finish.

Jeff was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. His pricing is very competitive, lower than a few other quotes I got. He built a 12'x16' wood deck with aluminum balusters that I provided. The finished deck looks beautiful, I'm very happy with it. Jeff always called or emailed to let me know when he planned to be here, and to keep me up to date with his progress. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend him, and will hire him again if I need deck work in the future!

Jeff did a wonderful job from start to finish. He is professional and really a true craftsman. Our fence & deck are beautiful, with our neighbors even commenting. Jeff did most of the work himself in under a couple weeks, working around some really rainy days this spring. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, helping us bring the project into realistic focus, working around some unusual buried line and drain configurations running under our yard. We would recommend or rehire him in a heartbeat!

Jeff was wonderful. Professional, very easy to communicate with, and did an exceptional job on our fence. He finished the fence while I was at work, and several of my neighbors texted me before I got home saying how great it looks. We hit a few snags with some buried utility lines, and Jeff walked me through our various options and made suggestions on what solutions could look like and answered all of my questions. With his suggested modifications, the final price of the project was actually less than he originally quoted. I have already recommended him to several people and will absolutely go to him in the future for any similar projects.

Jeff was very professional throughout the whole process. He kept me informed when there was a delay due to the weather and kept lines of communication open. When I requested a change to the gate style he happily accommodated that request.

Jeff, the owner, was very professional from the first day we met him. We had gotten a handful of estimates from other companies and his seemed like the best compromise between budget friendly and high quality craftsmanship. The finished result exceeded our expectations. The fence is perfect and he took into consideration every request we made. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. He does not use sub contractors-- he did all the work himself along with one other guy. Cleanup was performed. And they were very efficient getting the project done in 3 days. We have even gotten comments from the neighbors as to how beautiful our fence is. strong work!

Jeff and his employee built a 300 sq. ft. wood deck over an existing concrete slab. Also replaced over 130 feet of wood fence, replaced 2 gates and kept the existing wood posts. Jeff was the reason I chose A-1. He is very hands on, provides great communication and I am pleased with the finished product. Jeff worked with me on a solution that worked for both of us in replacing the fence. Highly recommend.

Jeff was a complete professional through the entire process. He was punctual in all aspects of the process and communicated well. He clearly had a plan for the work at hand and stuck to it throughout the process completing the job on the day expected. Pricing was very competitive versus other quotes we received. Best of all he is a true craftsman and has genuine care for what he’s doing. Jeff installed an elevated composite deck and railing system and 100’ of 4’ cedar fencing in our backyard. He left our yard in excellent shape and our neighbors wanting his card!

Jeff was very professional and easy to work with. We needed a fence, but were torn on a 6 ft fence or a shorter version and he was very thorough in explaining our options and the costs associated with each. We also needed to have part of a car port enclosed so the back yard would be completely enclosed for our dog. Jeff was able to match up the wood style perfectly so it looks like it has always been that way. I was very impressed with everything. I would definitely hire him and his crew again.

Jeff was great. Reached out for an estimate and responded very quickly. I did reach out during high peak season, but he was able to get me in between jobs since mine was not very large. On day of install, they were there promptly at 8am and finished by EOB. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Received a lot of complications from my neighbors. We were pleased with him. He's one of the contractors who canceled with us because of the difficulty with building and zoning. I know he was one of the most affordable. My husband was very impressed with his answers, his responses, and his professionalism. We didn't have a lot of interaction aside from the fact that he came over and did the estimate. He was very good about that. Other than that we didn't really have a lot because we were turned down. He did all of the footwork at our city hall, and he was definitely not the first contractor that was turned down. It got to the point where he felt it was just too much to deal with. He said he'd never had a situation like that, but he handled himself very professionally. Even letting us down he was very good about it. He gave us back our check and that was really it. As far as his work and how long he took, we never got to that point. I think under the circumstances he did the best he could do. Any time we had to meet or something he was right here.

It went very well. Jeff and his team were professional, prompt, and expert craftsmen. They were able to address an issue that came up after the old deck was off the house. The new deck is solid and impressive, and we are looking forward to entertaining family and friends. Will be happy to call on A1QC on future jobs.
