Came out and looked at on Oct. 5, 2017 its now Nov. 28, 2017 have not heard from. called after 2 weeks they said they were behind on there estimates. I had a couple other bids that got and have already had the work done. not pleased with A-1

Description of Work: We contacted this company 3 times... Filled in the online request form, 10 days later we called and left message and a week later we called again and spoke with a secretary. She "seemed" surprised that we had not gotten a response and said she would speak with the contractor and he would call us the next day. After another week we contacted B Level. They called the next day and set an appointment. They came and gave us an estimate.and we hired them. The next day, at least A month after we first tried to contact A1 Concrete they called to set an appt for giving an estimate. We told them their services no longer required. I totally would not recommend any company that takes a month to even acknowledge a request.

Description of Work: Fixed bowed walls in basement. Their guarantee is worthless. Once they leave site they are done. Will not return calls or correct issues. They did not obtain proper permit. I am preparing a lawsuit. I will do anything to stop them from doing business.

Description of Work: Actually called them to come out and give us a quote they rescheduled which was no problem. The guy came out along with another fellow and took the measurements and I told him that I needed the quote by the following week because I was going to be out of town. He had no problem with that because he was doing a lot of quotes. I never got the quote and when I called they said they had not been out because the rep didn't show up. Well someone was there with a guy from their place. Needless to say I had to go to others.
