A-1 Concrete Leveling

Excellent service! A-1 came out on a Thursday morning as scheduled and got right to work. They drilled the necessary holes in the concrete and started pumping the material they use to raise concrete. Fascinating how they do it. They were done within the time they estimated and even fixed the broken portion of the walkway at no cost. Considering that I actually wanted to rip out the concrete porch and put in a new one, this saved us probably a couple of thousand or so. We'd recommend them anytime.

They did a good job and got it done on time. I had trouble with follow up and I never could get in touch with them about sealing the driveway.

Called for estimate. Gentleman named Chad came the next day and gave me an estimate. I called a couple of days later to have the work done and set up the appt for approx 10 days. I told them I wouldn't be home until 2 or 3 in the PM. They showed up around 3 pm. Told me what they would do and did it.

I was very pleased with them, and I would use them again.

They did a good job and cleaned up well. They were right on time, which I appreciated. The salesperson, Mr. Bartlett, was very nice and polite, gave a good estimate, and gave me a $25 discount for being an Angie's List member. I recommend them and would use them again for any concrete work.

I took the day off and was told I would be the first appointment. When no one showed by 9:30 I called to see what was up. The crew had taken it upon themselves to switch up the order and had moved me to last. They agreed to at least come after the job they were on and arrived before 11:00. I too didn't know about the water and electric usage but it wasn't a big deal (of course I don't have my water bill yet). The worker seemed very concerned about the job at hand and didn't seem optimistic that it could be completed. About 2 1/4 hours later they were done. It looked great. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job.

The experience was really good. They were punctual when they came to do the job. Everything looked great, and the yard was clean. There was no dirt or anything around. They left everything in very good shape.

My patio had settled about 6 inches and also shifted and cracked along the control joints. I was sure that I would need a new patio poured. A-1 came out and assured me that they could raise and level the patio so that it would not drain water towards the house and would look good. I, needless to say, was very pleased that I could repair instead of replace and I also got an Angie's list discount. Originally I was told that they would be able to schedule me about 3 weeks out which was okay with me but ended up being able to come out within the week. They also arrived several hours earlier than I was expecting, which was great since I was still at home (before leaving for work). They once again assured me that it would be no trouble to lift and level the patio. They were a little concerned that when they lifted it the concrete steps might damage some of the trim below the sliding glass door but said they would figure out a way to do it. I left for work and came home to find a lifted, leveled and caulked patio with no damage to the trim. They also caulked between the house and the patio so no water would get in there either. I am very pleased with the end result.

We called it in and their was no phone contact at all. I left a voicemail. They scheduled it. Everything was done on time. It went fine. I didn't even have to talk to them.

When I called to make the appointment, they told me they would be there "around 12:00." On the day of service, the crew didn't come until after 1:00. When I called the office, they said that their arrival time was just an estimate. This did not get me off on the right foot. However, when the crew arrived, they were very courteous and got right to work. The job was done quickly and well.

I either didn't clearly explain my needs to the person answering this company's phone or the description on the Angie's List site isn't accurate. They apparently don't rip out and replace garage floors but pour concrete to jack up foundations and similar projects. I told the company representative that his firm was listed as doing the type of repairs that I needed. He wasn't aware of that. I apologized for having him come out for nothing.

Got an estimate fairly quickly, but have called several times to get an estimate on extending my Patio with no return calls. Two guys came out to level the steps and were very professional. Explained thoroughly everything they would be doing. Cleaned up the area well.

Prompt to schedule work following estimate. Work done to customer satisfaction, work area cleaned and looked like it did before work. Porch was raised to customer satisfaction.

It went very well. They did exactly what they needed to do.

There were a few scheduling problems but the work was superb.

I received an estimate within 5 days. Services were arranged and executed with 5 days. The service met my expectations.

Excellent. Called for estimate. They came in 2 days, provided detail of what they would do and cost. My driveway is exposed agrate, they said no problem in putting pebbles back in spots that they would be drilling and no additional cost. They arrived on time, again told me what they would do and did all as stated. Driveway entrance is even now with floor to garage, no bumps, and holes are not noticeable. They cleaned up after job, I had to do nothing. Great job.

They came out when they said they would, they explained what they were doing and did a very good job.

They were very good to deal with, they had actually given me an estimate last year that they still honored. Very prompt. Good work, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the result.

Time from first contact to sales representative visit was prompt and polite. Provided verbal quote, nothing in writing. Scheduling process was lengthy. Typical wait between my contacting them and them calling me back with a date/time they wanted to do it was 2-3 days. Dates/times offered were often not within the parameters (days/times) I said I could do. With persistence, it was finally scheduled. Scheduler was polite at all times. Crew showed up promptly. Had to ask them not to string hoses across neighbors lawn, the moved them promptly. Staff seemed to have plenty of experience and worked quickly to get the jobs done. Seemed to try to add caulking charge (per foot), but ended up charging me just what was quoted; recommend getting a written quote that includes this ahead of time. Cleaned up reasonably well, went back to address other areas I asked them to touch up.

I've used them twice before and I think they are great at what they do. This is much less expensive than replacing side walks. I am very big believer in maintaining your sidewalk so it's even where no one would trip. This was really excellent service!

Work crew arrived on the day they were scheduled, got right to work and the job was completed in less than an hour. Cleaned up afterward. Crew was very efficient and knew what they were doing.

Excellent, once they came and started the work. Very professional, very courteous and very hard working young men who arrived around 0900 every morning for a week and sometimes didn't leave until 6 or 7 pm at night working right through the day with 1/2 for their lunch which they brought with them and ate under our trees. Always layed down plastic runners in the hallways from the front door to the basement door and cleaned up every night before they left. Their attention to details was excellent.

They arrived on time and started to work in a very professional way. The crew leader knew exactly what he was doing and the job turned out very good.

I wasn't there when they did the work but my husband stopped by and said they did excellent work.
