This company is fabulous along every dimension. The quality of the work was first rate, they didn't try to sell unnecessary work, the price was very reasonable (I solicited 5 other bids), they meticulously cleaned up the site every day, communication was extraordinary (calls and emails are returned the same day), and they addressed miscellaneous out-of-contract minor roof-related items for no or minimal charge.

We had some minor leaks in one room of our house, and had 3 companies come out to look at it. The first two were trying to sell a entire roof replacement, but then there was Keith. Keith sent Josh out to look at our issue, and he was able to point out some areas of concern that could be fixed fairly easy. I truly appreciate a company that wants to help the homeowner, instead of just trying to sell an entire roof when it doesn’t need it. I recommend 614Exteriors to anyone that has roofing needs.

Fantastic to work with Keith. Super nice guy and takes the time to explain what the problem is and the possible solutions. He originally came to my house to give me a quote for the repair. Its about to rain here so he hopped up on the roof and fixed it on the spot! Also, he gave me a quote for gutter leaf guards and you better believe were going to get those! Best prices and best service around!

Keith started by educating me on the aspects I was u sure of or didn’t have previous knowledge. He was very responsive throughout the process and made sure all the T’s were crossed and I’s dotted. It’s obvious, with Keith’s passion and energy, that he enjoys what he does and helping people! There are many of contractors you can choose from, but Keith has earned the right as my go to, as well as I strongly refer his service to my friends, family, and colleagues when they need an issue resolved!

I saw I had an issue! A buddy of mine previously had Keith the owner of 164 and highly suggested him. So I gave him a call, he came over in a timely manner and gave me an inspection and went over all the issues I had. He put on my new roof with no problems and explained the process as well. His crew cleaned up very nice after the job was complete, I was really shocked! No nails, nothing! I highly recommend Keith and his crew!!

I had a great experience with 614 Exteriors. I needed quite a bit of work done and had several other roofing companies submit quotes before I called 614. Keith (the owner) came out and did the quote himself. The quote was at least 15% less than the next lowest quote AND it included more materials and services. Keith took the time to answer all my questions and showed me exactly where my leak was coming from and explained why it had become a problem. He included Ice and Water Shield in the repair ...something the other companies didn't even discuss. The 614 crews were on time and did and amazing job. I have quite a bit of landscaping and they took great care not to damage anything. 614 was on schedule throughout the process and exceeded my expectations in price and work. I have since recommended 614 Exteriors multiple times to friends and family. Great company!

Overall very good job. The Roofing was easily the star of the show. Completed in 1 day, and it looks great. The gutter installment was a bit more complicated due to weather, and disposal of old gutters took a bit longer than expected. I would highly recommend Keith and his team at 614 Exteriors. Very professional, personal, and he took care of all paperwork with the insurance company. I had to do nearly nothing other than pick up the phone a call Keith to get everything started.

They did an excellent job. They used good material and cleaned up after themselves. They stayed true to their estimate. They were a small company who did a very fine job and they are very pleasant to work with.
