I had never done anything through paypal, and I had to use paypal as that is the method of payment they take. He was to call me and the lady watching my dog to tell us the exact time he was going to be there. He never told either of us what time he was going to be there to pick up the dog, and he never showed up. I left him 8 messages in total. He finally called back and told me that he contracted it out to "Norman," and that he was picking up other dogs at LAX, and there were some problems with his trip, and that he would get to my dog by Friday. Again, a no show. I left numerous more messages with no response. The woman who was watching my dog was claiming that she was going to turn my dog over to animal control with no tags if I didn't get my dog soon. I contacted Arizona Poodle Rescue, and got my dog back to me. I spoke with paypal to get a refund, I put in a request for immediate repayment. I was on hold numerous times and paypal couldn't get a hold of Mike. He finally called me back and told me that there was nothing he could do and I would have to go through paypal. He told me that he had another company to help me, to which I explained that I already had the situation under control. I have tried to contact him again all weekend to get this straightened out, and as of now, he is not returning any calls. He did send me two emails, one saying he had another company I could use, and the other saying something about how there is nothing he can do regarding paypal--the spelling is so bad I can hardly tell what he is trying to say. With Arizona Poodle, they took him to the Broadway Animal Hospital which included a health check, boarded him, bought an airline ticket, got him an airline health certificate, bathed and gromed him, all for $273.
