Brian Carter was recommended by my contractor. He came out, spent a lot of time, looked everything over including the attic and said I did not need additional insulation; all the insulation and everything I had was more than adequate. In fact, I was quite pleased. He could have said that I needed certain things to be done, and I would have done it. He was very honest, and I appreciated that. His responsiveness was great. I called him, and he was on a job, so he gave me his email address and asked me to email him. He told me that he would get back with me, so I emailed him all the information. He called the next day, set up an appointment and was out a couple of days after that. He was very professional and was here when he said he was going to be here. I would recommend him to others. If I thought that I needed him again, I would have him come out.

I had looked them up. I also had a recommendation from a friend to use them, so I went ahead and asked for an estimate. They came out the day I called them. They gave me a pretty good estimate and did a lot more than I expected. The price was right. They were prompt, and they were done the next day. The workers were very good. There were two gentlemen on the crew.
