+ -1 moreI've been a tenant for over three years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. Maintenance has usually been responsive in the past, but when it came to replacing an extremely outdated refrigerator (mine is practically from the Stone Age), Bryan from management outright rejected the request — despite it being clearly overdue. It's frustrating to feel dismissed after being a long-term, rent-paying tenant. A little basic respect and decency go a long way in property management, and sadly that’s been lacking lately. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless you're okay with outdated appliances and inconsistent support.

+ -1 moreI would recommend them. They charged the brokerage fee, but they only charged one and a half percent. They were very knowledgeable on the area and knowledgeable of all the key people around that could help with the sale of the property.
