I called to make appt. I was told it would cost me $49 to diagnose my washer and even recieved a confirmation text saying it would cost me $49 when the teck came out. The teck came out and didn't give me an accurate diagnosis. He said we would "start" with replacing this part that would cost me $363 and probably $60 in labor, which didn't sound so convincing. When I told him i couldn't afford that, he started putting my washer back together and told me he didn't blame me? So, I never got a for sure diagnosis, it was a guess! Only to find out that I had to pay more than the $49 diagnosis fee. He then told me they never tell you when you call in how much it will be other than the $49. Well needless to say I ended up paying $74.18 for nothing! Would not recommend to anyone!
