Dave asked questions, and then first examined the vents before working on them. He wasn't just doing a job to get paid. He really wanted to do what was needed, and do it well.

Used a creative low cost approach to a nonconventional repair issue and stayed with the project, including purchasing materials to complete it in one afternoon.

We were satisfied with the work of the HAVAC Guy. He was very professional and friendly. For a first time cleaning in 60 years, the viedo showed the amount of dust built up whcih was vacucumed away.

As an out of town investor, I had originally planned to wholesale my property. Due to market conditions, my income prospects were better to fix it and rent it. I spoke with several contractors before deciding to utilize Dave's service. He was timely in completing all services. He provided me with pictures and details of his progress. He made suggestions based on his experience. His prices did not vary from his quotes. He contacted me regularly. He did extra activities, such as meeting with utility service providers, to insure that the property was inhabitable upon completion of the project. I highly recommend him to others.

Terrible, he started out with an emergency visit at $79, then he charged me $55 to get a part, and charged a full visit $59 to install the part, and then he found other problems. At the end of the "repair" I got a bill for $269, and the problem had NOT been fixed. So, then he decided it was a different problem ($200 motor plus labor), and wanted to sell me a used furnace for $500 plus labor, which I refused. I went to another furnace repair guy, and he found the problem with a circuit board, which he replaced and everything is working fine. He also found a circuit override the HVAC GUY had left in, which was a safety issue.
