I think the fact that he promptly responded was a plus. I think the pricing could have been better. We had to adjust the piping afterwards to fix a leak, after that it was fine.

The contractor kept me informed throughout the entire process and only did the work necessary. As a side note, he found that there was no insulation behind the heater and corrected that as well to keep our heating costs down.
