Ranger showed up at my house half drunk and smelling of stale beer. He suggested that I couldn't afford the repair and an estimate was never provided. He just left. I guess if they think you're broke they don't want your business. How could they possibly know what my finances are or aren't? Just as well because I wouldn't want to hire someone that's under the influence of drugs anyway. I'm certain they wouldn't have done the repair properly while drunk.
