Preferred Lawn Care

I had many weeds and asked this company to do what was necessary to remove them. They were unable to do so and suggested that I use TruGreen. I was worried about TruGreen’s schedule conflicting with the mowing schedule. Travis assured me that this would not be an issue and to let him know when TruGreen came. I did so this morning, and he opted to drop me from being a customer. I only was doing what he had asked. He ended my association with them via a text. He was not man enough to even call me, and when I questioned his text, I received no response. The quality of the work was spotty at best, but I kept them because they were fairly reasonably priced.

Charged nearly $500 for final clean up....leaves and sticks.....if anything more was included ie lawn cuttings they were not specified. Bill for fall cleanup came today Jan 31 2018. Billing claims work was for 3.5 extra hours still outrageous. Very unhappy.

We thought they were nice when they did come to do the work. We asked them to not come the first of June, because our lawn was so dry the grass had not grown much. After asking them to not come that one time, they never showed up again. We tried to call/text them multiple times to figure out why they stopped coming all together. We do not know why the stopped coming, as we paid the full amount without questions (In good faith). There was one time that I was not able to get home to unlock the fence, and that part of the yard went without being mowed. However we paid the full amount that time without question. They would not give us the courtesy to say they will not cut our lawn anymore.

It goes absolutely fine. I have had him lay mulch and clean my yard all the time. He has come in handy. He has helpers as well and they really get it done in the matter of minutes. They are very thorough as well.
