The entire job went very well, from our initial contact with Daniel Good all the way thru completion of the work. Technicians (Mace & David) were prompt, efficient, friendly and neat. They were extremely capable, kept us appraised of their progress thru out the installation, and were happy to answer any questions. Would use Good's Electric again in the future at any time an electrician's service is needed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are excellent and have a great attitude. They're nice to my pets and very clean.

It went well. Mace T was very professional. He had to come back a few days later to switch some wires around as fuses were blowing but this is a very old house with confusing wiring. He took a very difficult job,at a resonable price, and was able to get our wiring updated.

We found Good's Electric at one of the remodel shows several years ago. It was just an idea back then. We called them this past November to come out to the home and provide a quote and discuss the various options like a load-shedding and sizing. Danial is very professional. We decided on a 20KW Kohler, probably too big for our home, but I want to make sure the AC will work in the heat of summer and this guarantee's it. The install happened over 2 days this past January. They set the unit on a bed of gravel which was anchored via a 3ft by 6ft (est) box which they staked into the ground. Most of the work was in our basement and I'm very particular in how this was to be done. All my electrical work is run in conduit and is very clean. They followed suit and the install of the ATS and the Load-shed boxes were very clean. We had previously had our plumber extend a 1 inch gas line across our basement so it was easily available to be tapped into. Good's Electric did NOT attached the natural gas line. After the generator was set on the gravel pad we called and had our plumber come back out and do the final connection of the gas. You just need to plan for this. After each day they cleaned up completely and left nothing for us to do. The installers were very knowledgeable and integrated the ATS into our environment in a very clean and efficient manner. Overall I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone considering a whole house generator.

It was not an easy installation because of the location. Gas lines had to be extended as well as running all the electric service lines. They showed up on time and ready to work! They worked hard all day to get it done though the electrician who had the most to do had to come back on another day to finish all the work. They were courteous, knowledgeable and honest. They cleaned up well, leaving our yard and the area around the electric box in the basement cleaner than when they started. We were very happy with them and would definitely recommend they to anybody wanting or needing a generator.

Went well from estimate at house to work being done. Was 3 weeks from initial estimate as some parts had to be ordered.

When I called they first told me it may be a week, when I explained what was wrong and that I had no heat at the moment he told me he would have someone at my home between 4 - 4:30 pm. I was called by Brent (technician) to tell me he was on his way. When he got here the heat had come back on but I still wanted him to check. Before he came into my home he put on protective booties, introduced himself, gave me his card and told me he would give me a price up front before he started any work. This company I highly recommend. They came to my home on short notice because they didnt want my family to not have heat (temp outside was 32/20 night). Brent the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. I say kudos to this company and I will continue to use them and recommend them. Sidenote: Brent accidently broke a double clothes rack and didnt charge me due to the damage. Accidents happen but to have a company take responsibility is refreshing. Again I say Kudos.

Looked for a generator online for my business. Good's Electric was first to call, first to visit and first with a proposal. Still waiting from other to call, but too late, already have two generators installed from Good's Electric. They were so nice, professional that I also, decided to purchase one for home.

Excellent from beginning to end - very professional in every aspect - old fashioned customer service AT ITS BEST. I did not think this type of service even existed in today's marketplace. FANTASTIC & AMAZING.

Good's added a computer line for me in 2009. Very excellent service given at that time. Needed my outdoor pool lights service - called them immediately, again excellent service.

Workers were always on time, professional, a little problem with the plumbing contractor they used but resolved quickly. 1 problem I had was having to day balance of project the second they were done and ready to leave in their vans.

Nate & Brent arrived on time, polite, shoe covers worn in the house. Notified me of plan & progress. The only people I've ever trusted to work in my home when I was not there.

They were very busy and it took a few months to get them to house but my husband feels they are the best in our area, so we waited.

They did very good work and were very good people. They cleaned up after themselves and did not tear anything up. I would use them again. I also have a maintenance contract with them.

It was excellent. This was a very tough set up and they did a fine job. They were inexpensive and did excellent work. They are also the factory authorized center to work on the generator that I have. I also recommend then to others.
