TOWN & COUNTRY TREE SERVICE

Town & Country Tree Service is incredible!!! Mr. Young and his crew are professional and efficient. They have removed twelve trees on our property in the past four years. We are very pleased with the services provided by Town & Country Tree Service!!!

I have used Town and Country on several properties that I have owned. They have always been professional and explained all options for the best interest and safety of the tree. I recently had them take down a huge maple tree, actually it was 7 maple trees grown together at the base and the center of it was full of water an rotten. Owner suggested that it comes down, he had it down in a matter of hours. When I came home from work that day, even thought there was a crane, bucket and chipper truck in my yard- there was no mess left behind. the only thing missing was the tree they did an excellent job and excellent clean up. Highly Recommend

As I mentioned above the company was hired by the property owners across the street. I have had trees professionally removed before and have some familiarity with good business practice and courteous behavior. The workers were rude and inconsiderate. When I needed to ask them to move a vehicle, so I could get my car out, the foreman waved me off and never came down or made any effort to communicate with me. I had waited for quite a while, well out of the way of the crew and equipment, expecting someone would come over and see why I wanted to speak to them; when I finally approached a worker on the ground he said I had to talk to the boss - the 'boss' just waved me off, giving me a really nasty look and never came down so I could ask him to move the vehicle. I was very close to calling the police to get them to move when they apparently broke for lunch and left.

He was 40% cheaper than other bid. Work was fine.

Full disclosure. I am renting the property the work was performed on and the landlord paid for the services. Regardless, everyone deserves to be warned about this company. Cut down tree at wrong angle therefore causing tree to land 5 feet from the middle of in ground pool destroying entire section of fence and landscaping. -owner and crew all smoke and threw every last one of their cigarette butts on the property -brush chipper leaked oil in driveway. They blamed it on my nephew who doesn't even own a car. -damaged yard and made poor attempt at repair. -caused sink hole in yard. Promised to repair but were a no show and stopped returning calls. -left large metal scraps and wood in yard from fence repair. - became rude and disrespectful when I asked them no to throw their cigarette butts in yard and brought brush chipper oil leak to their attention -in the middle of the job disclosed he doesn't have a license to operate in our city due to city law. Avoid this company at all cost!

As a professional 'tree service' I expected a higher level of service than was provided. Not only did this company damage many of our large trees that we have been spending good money to preserve, they also took down many many smaller trees poised along our ravine. I could have got a bunch of students do provide this same level of service for half the price. Extremely disappointed and upset. Will never use them again and would never recommend!

HAD A STORM OVER THE WEEKEND A TREE FELL. THEY CAME OUT BRIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY MORNING MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO THE JOB FAST SERVICE AND REASONABLE PRICES! VERY HAPPY WITH THIS CO.
