+ -1 moreJeff, called immediately after I contacted Angie’s list. The reviews were excellent so we selected Security Plus for the job. Jeff arrived on time, was courteous and friendly and went about his work very professionally. He explained the system operation and offered assistance at a later date if I needed it. This company lives up to Angie’s List quality and I would use them again in a minute.

Description of Work: "Had contacted Ron and arranged for an estimate, along with 2 other security camera installers. Had tried to reach 2 additional security camera installers but didn't connect or they didn't return my message. |Ron's estimate was in the middle of the three AND he was willing to negotiate that price, which I appreciated. I had purchased a 4-camera system already and so was looking to have it installed. A competing estimator offered to charge 37% more than Ron's estimate, and also wanted to upsell me to his system at a higher price. I felt Ron and his friend did a great job and at the end when setting up the DVR ran across some glitches, but was able to resolve them with the customer service operators. He ran thru the use of the computer system with me. I felt I could operate the system after the review. |I would strongly recommend his security camera installation service."

+ -1 moreI HAVEN'T USED HER PERSONALLY AS WE PUT THE DECISION FOR A HOME SECURITY SYSTEM ON HOLD FOR A SHORT WHILE; HOWEVER, AFTER EVALUATING SEVERAL COMPANIES THAT OFFER SECURITY SYSTEMS, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH WHAT SECURITY PLUS HAD TO OFFER. THEIR SALESPERSON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH, & NOT PUSHY. THEIR PRODUCT SEEMS GOOD & THE PRICES ARE EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE. A NEIGHBOR OF MINE USED THEM & HAS SAID GOOD THINGS ALSO.
