Let me start by saying I really wanted to give this company an excellent rating; instead, I am giving them a good one. Starting with the positives, here's why: They did an excellent job removing a large brush pile from my backyard. They also threw down some grass seed, which was definitely a bonus, so an A+ for that; They also did a really good job edging the front flower bed, so an A for that. Here is where the "good" instead of an excellent rating comes in. I was not impressed with the spring cleanup. Professional Property Care's quote for the spring cleanup was not the cheapest, but I hired them because they were willing to remove the brush pile, and could edge the flower bed. Since it was late to be doing a cleanup, I had asked how long after they received the contract would it be before the work was done. It was done fairly quickly -- within a week, I believe. I asked the question because my yard needed a mow, and expressed my concern to the owner. He told me not to worry about the grass because they needed to mow it to get rid of the leaves. The back yard was mowed just fine. However, the front yard was not mowed. The owner later told me that a grass cutting was not included in the spring cleanup; the back yard was mowed as a bonus because the grass was so long. He explained that the front yard was not mowed because it was mostly weeds (tall dandelions). The bottom line is this: when I hire someone at a premium to do a job, it's because I expect them to do a better job than I could do myself. When they were done, my front yard still looked scruffy (with the exception of the flower beds), and there was still work for me to do. I give them a 'C' for the cleanup and a 'B' overall.

That was a great deal. The guy came out and did the entire lawn. He overseeded it. I thought it was a fantastic deal. He was steady right on. His service was very good. There were no additional charges.

It never happened

As far as the aeration, the job was done thoroughly and as far as the overseeding, seed was scattered across the lawn and the job will not be able to be evaluated until this coming spring when the seed germinates. I would have preferred "slit' seeding, however I'm certain this would have had an additional cost.

Wonderful job! I’m going to call them next year to do it again even if they don’t have a coupon!

The provided a couple of different time slots. I confirmed I did not need to be present. We scheduled. They performed the service. Here's to looking forward to a beautiful lawn come spring time!

Really, really well. Ther provider showed-up at the we agreed to. He carried out his work in a professional manner. He did a very thorough job.

Its like seem less to me. I was not involved at all. I took the deal on Angies list with suggested dates and they responded and completed the work today. I didn't even made a call. I liked the way this went as no effort from my end. Thanks.

They came and did the full area included in the deal and everything went well.

They indicated that they would be out on a Monday or Tuesday but didn't end up coming out till Friday. They called me on Friday to let me know they were leaving but didn't let me know there would be a delay in the initial appointment. I asked them about thatching, he said it is a newer philosophy and that he doesn't provide the service. He did a good job and moved things in order to get to the entire yard.

They did a very good job. They did everything they were asked to do. They were pleasant and it was all a good experience.

The company is good. They were delayed day by day for four days to do the work, but since they don't need owner to be present it doesn't impact the home owner's schedule. They don't call to let you know they are running behind schedule, but when you call them the person answering the phone is responsive and easy to work with.

The gentleman showed up at our house without confirming a date. I asked why he didn't call first he told me " we didn't have a phone number". I suggested that he could have emailed me. Don't forget to leave a contact telephone number for this company.

The shrubs needed large holes dug. He did a lot of work in the hot weather. It was also on Memorial Day. He did a wonderful job. They are very reliable.

He came on a dry day and did the work that was contracted.He waswilling to do more plugging in an area with a lot of roots with his old machine but i told him it wasn't necessary. i was pleased and the next time a deal like this one comes up i will contract it for my son-in-law.

At first there was a great concern because the provided never asked how wide is the opening to my gate entrance. We had to measure the entrance to my gate and his aerating machine. Fortunately, the machine was able to fit through the opening of the gate. However, I kind of wish that the provided would ask their customers that information so there would be no undue stress. Otherwise, the two guys were very, very nice and extremely professional.

Dave and his worker showed up unloaded their tools of the trade, checked with me on where they were to work and access to the back yard. They actually did more the the 8,000 square feet as mentioned on the deal at no extra cost. They did the yard twice, once vertical and once horizontal, plus they put the fertilizer on, and cleaned up any debris afterwards off driveway and sidewalks. Very nice to work with, answered all my questions, very happy with their service

They come out weekly or as needed. I don't have to call, they just show up. I am very happy with them. They are reasonable, prompt and do a good job.

He volunteered to deliver clay soil and fill that area in, to level it out. It was perfect--I am so glad I've found this company, because they are excellent to work with. They are so quick and just do a wonderful job.

They have been extremely reliable. They always come on time and do a great job of keeping my yard looking nice and maintained all year around. I would highly recommend them. I am very grateful for them.
