They are wonderful. We just call them and leave the key. They go in and do their thing. They are friendly people, most reliable, and trustworthy. We live in Lima, Ohio and we would use them here, but it is a long way for them to come. It is about an hours drive. We also had plumbers here at Lima and it is the difference between day and night not just on the quality of work they do but the cleanliness. Plumbing is not the cleanest job in the world. We never have a mess when they are gone and I would say that their fees are extremely reasonable. They are fairly priced. We had some freezing up things and they were there as soon as they could get there. For an emergency, they are there within the day. They try very hard to be there within the day. If they cannot make it on the time they say, they will give you a call. If they have any concerns or if it is going to be a bigger job than they thought, they always call first to make sure that it is something that you really want done.
