Description of Work: I requested service as a new customer several times through voicemail and email. After two weeks, they responded to my request. The last word I received on Sept. 5th, which was three weeks after my initial request, they would get back with my the next week. I sent two more emails since then requesting a status update. As of Oct. 13th, I still have not received any feedback.
