We have been in the foundation, waterproofing, and drain tile business since 1961. Our other business- 'Tri State Concrete" has been installing foundations for over 50 years. Warm and Dry, LTD was started on our 51st year to provide professional basement and crawlspace waterproofing and repairs. We came to see a real need for top quality repair work for homeowners that have problems with their foundations. There are a lot of companies out there doing really shady work. We have re-repaired so many jobs that other companies have already done, which is why we decided to start this business and do it right.

Estimates for repair work involve a $50 fee that is taken off bill if we get the job. My father started this business in 1961. My brother and I have worked with him since we were about 11 years old, and now we run the business since he has passed. The main thing that our father tought us from an early age was to do the best job possible, and if you make a mistake fix it.
