My wife and I we gone on the day the work was done. We received a call the next day and was surprised it was done as Tony said he couldn't get to the job until the next week. After inspecting the work, Tony was able to do more than he originally said he would. The new masonry work with the new cap should help keep the bats at bay. The price may seam high for the "little" work done but with the 12/12 pitch and being 3 stories off the ground, Tony was working under hazard-pay. Very pleased.

I joined Angie's List to find someone to repair a botched section of roof with a skylight. If you've ever had to find someone to repair another contractor's work you'll understand how difficult it can be to get someone to take the job at all. Even though it was the dead of winter, Tony Newman Roofing took the job and kept in contact regularly until the weather allowed a repair. The repairs were completed in one day, even though they found some surprises. Here's the background: the roof had been replaced after storm damage. After the previous contractors finished the job, one of the skylights continued to leak in heavy rain. Despite months repeated visits, it continued to leak and the damage in the ceiling below got worse & worse until we finally gave up on the old contractors and called for help from Tony Newman Roofing. They found that one of the skylights had home-made flashing and the other contractors also did a poor job around the chimney near the skylight. They tore up the bad section and did it right, and also came-in under budget! Thanks to Tony Newman, the problem is solved and I'd trust him with bigger jobs for sure.

When I spoke with Tony Neumann, he was out within a few hours to do the estimate. He called me the following week to schedule the repair date. He and his team were her promptly when he said and completed the work on schedule at the price he estimated. The finished product is excellent and I would completely recommend his services.

Tony and his crew were great, they were here for 2 days and I watched them working most of the time. I have to say they took their time and did stuff right. My old roof was a mess because of a roofer who took major shortcuts. The difference between what they took off the roof (revealed) , and what they put on was remarkable. Tony is a great guy, and his crew were all nice hard working guys. Sounds like I have known them all my life, but I just met them. I am just thrilled that Tony did my roof because I know what it's like to have roof troubles after 11 years of trouble with my last roofer's job. I am confident that after seeing the work Tony's crew did my roof troubles are gone finally !!!!!!

Several years ago we had a small leak in the roof over the family room. We couldn't find anyone to do this job - it was too small for several contractors. We did not call Angie's List (Big Mistake!) so did not know of Mr. Newman. Of course the leak continued until we had water damage inside. One of the crew put his foot through the roof which shows how far the damage had progressed. That crew member had skills with dry wall so he repaired the ceiling and another hole in a wall not related to the roof repair. They also painted the newly repaired dry wall panel and another one that was discolored but did not have to be replaced. The room looks fine again.

Tony Newman Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were available to start the next week, cleaned up after themselves, and were willing to work with us. We had two changes to the proposal which they agreed to the day they started the project which was appreciated. They finished on time and within $100 of the estimate. We would recommend Tony Newman Roofing to anyone looking for roofing services.

He went above and beyond and walked the roof, did a roof inspection and fixed some shingles. He was excellent.

I contacted Tony on a Monday morning early in April to have him get an estimate on my mother's garage roof, and he came out to provide an estimate on Thursday of the same week. He arrived early and inspected both the garage roof (which was in need of total replacement) and the house roof, and found the house roof to be warped in several locations, as well as some chimney damage that had been caused by squirrels over the years. He gave us the option of replacing the garage roof, fixing the chimney and making minor house roof repairs, or replacing both roofs and making the chimney repairs. The price he offered for the latter was quite reasonable, so we chose that option. After internal discussion, we scheduled the repairs, which he estimated would take two days. The crew showed up promptly when scheduled, worked diligently, and were always cleaning up -- only one nail was found in the lawn and that was before final cleanup. My mother noted that the previous time the roof had been done, she was still finding nails six months later! The work was completed in two days as promised. The entire payment was collected in full upon completion, and he made sure to honor the Angie's list coupon I had printed out. At this point, we are quite satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism of the company.

Tony is pleasant and easy to work with. His crew worked well and to care around landscaping. Clean-up was very complete.

They did a great job, and had a reasonable price. They were also prompt, quick, gave good advice, and worked with my insurance company. I was very happy with their work.

I called Tony and left a message and he immediately called me back and set up an appointment for an estimate.After getting a couple more estimates and unreturned calls I felt like he was the fairest and I liked his promptness so I gave him the job.Tony and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would and got to work.They were very respectful of me and my property which put me at ease the whole time they were here.The overall job looks great! They left the job sight as clean(if not cleaner) than it was before they started.I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

The Tony Newman Roofing crew were excellent! Upon arriving each day at my house to put on the new roof, the crew would move or cover any items outside that may get damaged during the construction. They covered all my landscaping that was near the work sight. The crew brought all their equipment each day, and when they left for the evening, they packed it all up and took it with them, so that each night, there wasn't any supplies or tools left on my property. These guys were so caring that each day they would sweep up any messes on the driveway, pick up all debris in the yard, and even take their empty drink bottles and dispose of them in their own waste cans. I could go outside after they left and never find any nails or shingles or debris on my property! The new roof on my house and garage only took them a total of 3 days to complete. The roof is beautiful! The care that the Tony Newman Crew took with this job was amazing! What a wonderful company!

It was a smooth professional operation start to finish. Got the estimate same day I called. Two days later they started and finished the same day. The crew were nice and polite, they worked well together and completed the job in a timely manner. I was happily surprised to find that my soil pipes and chimney flashing were painted to match my new roof. Over all I am a very happy, and would recommend him to anyone who need's a new roof.

Everything turned out great, we ran into some raining weather but they used tarps to prevent any damage. When they were done with the clean up because we all know the mess a roofing job can produce, it was awesome. I use a riding lawn mower to cut my grass and not even a nail in the tires after they were done. Tony also went through the time to explain the different types of roofing shingle that are available. Most of all my wife was happy and when she is happy the world is a better place. I highly recommend Tony Newman's Roofing Company
