Tony showed up the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was able to schedule me for later in the week. The worker was very professional and was able to get the repairs done in a timely manner. This was fortuitous as the next few days were filled with rain. Roof,Skylight, and Chimney were re-caulked and nailed down and missing shingles were replaced.

Tony Newman Roofing replaced my home roof in 2016. They did an incredible job. Customer service was top notch. It was tough for us to determine which color shingle we wanted based on online / brochure photos, and Tony Newman showed us the shingle colors in person, which was extremely helpful. I attached before / after photos of part of the roof above the deck. Price was very competitive. If you need any roof work, I strongly recommend Tony Newman roofing.

Tony's crew did an excellent job taking off two layers of shingles, and putting on the new shingles. The workers were extremely punctual, courteous, and hard-working. The roof and gutters (with guards), and downspouts look absolutely fantastic! The house looks like a new house now, and it is in reality fifty-two years old. I really appreciated the clean-up afterwards, also. Keep up the good work guys!!

Overall the job went well ,a young single man came out and performed the work ,he was skillful on the roof and did a good job . I am please with the promptness ,the time it took to complete the job,and quality. The price was soso.

Bedroom ceiling in my newly purchased home had water stains. Home inspector determined the plumbing vent flashing was the source of the leak. Researching Angie's list for a highly rated roofer, it didn't take long to identify Tony Newman roofing. Tony and his associate came out Saturday morning. Tony communicated what would be performed and showed me the sturdiness of the new vent flashing that would be installed. Tony and his associate, also, performed a complete inspection of the roof and applied a sealing compound around the bathroom vents. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes.

Tony and his crew did a top-notch job. He is a preferred contractor with Owens Corning, the maker of the shingles he installed. Tony was very prompt in giving me an estimate and in responding during proposal negotiations, emailing and phoning as necessary. His prices were very reasonable. He and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The work was done efficiently, skillfully, and swiftly. Tony advised me as necessary, and I made a few adjustments to the work done along the way. Rotted wood under the old roofs was replaced. The new look of the buildings is amazing. His crew cleaned up after themselves. He gave us a good warranty for his labor and for the shingles from Owens Corning. What else can I say? I give him the highest praise and would recommend him to anyone who needs anything done on a roof.

When, in the course of additional repairs, his men found hail damage, I knew I was in good hands. Tony worked with my insurance company and helped make the claim process go smoothly. He clearly explained my options for a new roof and discussed everything in detail, offering advice that my wife and I found quite helpful. He was very good about scheduling the job in a manner that was both timely and as convenient as possible. Throughout the job, he was on-site daily to supervise his crew and their progress. He was very good about keeping us informed and making sure we were satisfied with every phase of the job. The job was clearly well planned, and with such a large roof there was a lot to consider. His men arrived promptly each morning and worked industriously throughout the day. They were obviously skilled at their jobs, professional, polite, and personable. They made a great impression. The jobsite was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day's work and they were great about not leaving a mess. They took special care to pick up any nails. The job took seven full days to complete, and throughout that time we suffered only minimal inconvenience thanks to their good planning, skilled work, and clear explanations about what they would be doing each day. The new roof turned out great. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job and the overall experience. Tony subsequently checked back to make sure we were satisfied and whether we had any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

He was very responsive and the cheapest price. He was willing to work around my schedule. They worked fast and did the job in 2 days. They were very careful around the plants and even put down tarps and boards to catch stuff. They cleaned up the roofing material and nails. He even fixed a section of siding that was dry rotting for free. Overall I was very happy with the work they did.

I was required to repair a roof for a sale of a home. I called Tony Newman because of the good reviews on this site. He was very responsive, a good communicator, and went to the home within a couple of days, inspected the roof and called with his findings and estimate for repair. The work was done quickly, and since I live out of town, I asked for before/after photos, which he provided. I am guessing at the quality of the work, but it looks good in the photos. In all other aspects, I can say that Tony was professional and I would use his services again. He did honor the $100 off coupon on this site.

He called and said he would stop by in the next couple of days. Been over 2 weeks and haven't heard from him again. Job must have been too small. Will contact someone else.

Responded in a timely fashion, took care the repair and gave an honest appraisal of the condition of the roof. Professional and polite. Even cleaned up when done!

Tony Newman Roofing contractor?s quote came in under our budget estimate and was the low bidder. We were able to start the project approximately three weeks after the contract was awarded. Tony Newman Inc. completed each building in five working days as he had stated. The same crew of workers were on site every day. Tony Newman was in contact every day with our board member overseeing the project. The quality of installation met the industry standard set forth by the shingle manufacturer. At the end of each working day the site was cleaned up and equipment stored. Angie?s List was the primary source used to select the roofing contractors to bid on our roofing project. This was the first time we have used Tony Newman Inc. We have six additional buildings that are scheduled for re-roofing in the near future. Tony Newman Inc. will be contacted to provide a quote for these buildings. Great people with whom to work. Would highly recommend Tony Newman Roofing for any roofing requirements.

I had a former contractor that was to have done the roof but he left me "high and dry" so I contacted Tony Newman Roofing. I had roll roofing(.045 EPDM rubber) plus heat wire installed on the rear porch roof and heat wire installed on the front roof, plus other things. There were a few problems with the roofer. Tony Newman, the owner, called me and apologized. He told me the roofer would be there that day and the work would be done, and done correctly. Tony followed through to make sure the work was done and that I was satisfied. Tony personally came out, checked the work, and stressed that he is serious about his reputation and business. I was impressed with Tony's follow through, his professionalism, his desire that I be happy/satisfied with the job done. That really means a great deal to me after the previous experience I had with the former contractor.

My experience turned out good. The roofer was very knowledgeable about my problem. He still went up on the roof and resolved the issue on a day it was raining.

Everything was successfully repaired and service was timely.

We had a leak in our skylight and Tony sent out Randy who found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner.

We called Tony and he came out the next day for an estimate. We were given a senior discount and Angie's list discount,.He initally told us it would be about 2 weeks to start, but that afternnon, he informed us he could start in 3 days. On Monday, a crew of 5 came out, Tues and Wed, a crew of 3. The crew was a group of very hard working men, who did not waste time. Monday they were here for 10 hours and only took a 1/2 lunch break. They were very careful to cover up shrubbery and cleaned up each evening before they left. They delivered a dumptser on Monday and it was removed Thursday morning. The men were helpful in answering our many questions and were courteous the entire time. This was a company who knew what they were doing! We are very happy with the results. The roof looks great and makes our home look so much better. One hears so many bad stories about roofing companies, but not this one. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a job done, large or small.

Super thorough work. Fixed the problems and we have had no problems since. Also a very honest trustworthy businessman. Can't say enough good things.

I called Tony Saturday Morning and made an appointment for Monday. He was on time and gave me a price for a complete job I asked him to start asap as the roof was leaking. He called on Tuesday and started at 8.30 AM Wednesday. Using a large crew the job was completed in one day. I called Tony's office and left a message. He called me back the next morning and promptly came out to the house to see what needed to be done. He inspected my roof and gutters. Besides the problems I already knew about, he pointed out that my sail stacks had deteriorated and needed to be replaced to prevent water from leaking into my attic. He provided a reasonable estimate and an approximate date for doing the work. He was able to schedule the work for the following week, calling me back to set a day and time that was convenient. He and his workman Eric arrived punctually and were willing to be introduced to our dogs so that they wouldn't bark while the work was done. Eric did the work to a high standard. He did not waste time or make a mess and he answered some questions that I had. Tony stopped by as Eric finished up to make sure I was satisfied (and I was). He answered my questions and offered recommendations about ongoing maintenance. He provided a detailed invoice. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, the cost, and the entire experience of doing business with Tony Newman Roofing. I recommend him highly and plan to use him for any future roofing and gutter work.

These guys really work hard. It took a single day from basically sunrise to sundown. They did everything specified on the contract and I was really happy with the cleanup job at the end. One end of my house has a low pitch roof that has presented a lot of problems-they covered it with ice and watershield in place of felt paper before they reshingled it. Tony gives Angie's list discounts and took an extra 100.00 off at the end. He's a real pro and runs his business the way I'd hope every contractor would do it-on time, on budget, and lots of communication.

replacing bad wood wasn't in the contract but he did it without charging any extra. They got the job done quickly and it seems to be great quality. Had it all done in 3 days.

They were on time (actually early). It took 2 days for my house to go from yucky roof to GREAT! Our roof had developed the "runny algae look" for the past 10 years. We now have a brand new roof. They fixed a hole near the chimney, and for the first time in over 10 years, no rain came in during the last rain storm. Overall, I highly recommend Tony Newman and his roofers. They worked very hard and fast. Very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony Newman Roofing to anyone. GREAT job!
