The work turned out well. I was really happy with Tony. They started when they said they would, finished when they said they would and did a good job cleaning up. I have no complaints.

It went well. They did a very good job, we were very satisfied. They were in and out in one day.

They did an amazing job. They were there shortly before 7am on the morning they did it and when I got home from work a little after 4pm they were done and gone. They left no mess behind and did an absolutely amazing job!

They did the work all in the same day, great cleanup and did a great job!

Unprofessional and inefficient. The estimated 3 day job stretched to a 6 day job. The job "supervisor" had a screaming match with his coworker on my roof, spewing obscenities in the middle of the day in plain view of the neighborhood children. The only explanation I received was that he has "an anger problem". After their clean up I found nails, shingles, and even a razor knife in my gardens. Also the business owner refused to accept a $250 Angie's List coupon at full value. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Tony was very professional, friendly and worked very fast. I do not always come across honest companies as a single mother, but that was not the case. Tony was very honest, explained everything prior to doing the job, with no surprise costs. I am beyond thrilled my roof no longer leaks!

On time, in budget for a demanding job

They looked and said there was only one shingle missing. However we had problems around two of three vents and our chimney was in bad shape. The inspector took pictures to show us exactly what things looked like. They were able to do all the repair work immediately.

Work was excellent crew came in @7:30am worked tirelessly removing two layers of shingles,replaced bad boards ,reroof with ice shield layer before laying out new roof,approximately 3500 sq.ft was done by 6:00pm that night I couldn't be more pleased.

Could not have asked for better service from communication, promptness, professionalism and quality of work performed. I will not call anyone else for this type of work.

Tony showed up the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was able to schedule me for later in the week. The worker was very professional and was able to get the repairs done in a timely manner. This was fortuitous as the next few days were filled with rain. Roof,Skylight, and Chimney were re-caulked and nailed down and missing shingles were replaced.

Tony Newman Roofing replaced my home roof in 2016. They did an incredible job. Customer service was top notch. It was tough for us to determine which color shingle we wanted based on online / brochure photos, and Tony Newman showed us the shingle colors in person, which was extremely helpful. I attached before / after photos of part of the roof above the deck. Price was very competitive. If you need any roof work, I strongly recommend Tony Newman roofing.

Tony's crew did an excellent job taking off two layers of shingles, and putting on the new shingles. The workers were extremely punctual, courteous, and hard-working. The roof and gutters (with guards), and downspouts look absolutely fantastic! The house looks like a new house now, and it is in reality fifty-two years old. I really appreciated the clean-up afterwards, also. Keep up the good work guys!!

Overall the job went well ,a young single man came out and performed the work ,he was skillful on the roof and did a good job . I am please with the promptness ,the time it took to complete the job,and quality. The price was soso.

Bedroom ceiling in my newly purchased home had water stains. Home inspector determined the plumbing vent flashing was the source of the leak. Researching Angie's list for a highly rated roofer, it didn't take long to identify Tony Newman roofing. Tony and his associate came out Saturday morning. Tony communicated what would be performed and showed me the sturdiness of the new vent flashing that would be installed. Tony and his associate, also, performed a complete inspection of the roof and applied a sealing compound around the bathroom vents. The whole job was done in about 45 minutes.

Tony and his crew did a top-notch job. He is a preferred contractor with Owens Corning, the maker of the shingles he installed. Tony was very prompt in giving me an estimate and in responding during proposal negotiations, emailing and phoning as necessary. His prices were very reasonable. He and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. The work was done efficiently, skillfully, and swiftly. Tony advised me as necessary, and I made a few adjustments to the work done along the way. Rotted wood under the old roofs was replaced. The new look of the buildings is amazing. His crew cleaned up after themselves. He gave us a good warranty for his labor and for the shingles from Owens Corning. What else can I say? I give him the highest praise and would recommend him to anyone who needs anything done on a roof.

I highly recommend Tony Newman Roofing. I found Tony Newman Roofing through Angie's list and had been very satisfied with the minor repairs they'd done for me. When, in the course of additional repairs, his men found hail damage, I knew I was in good hands. Tony worked with my insurance company and helped make the claim process go smoothly. He clearly explained my options for a new roof and discussed everything in detail, offering advice that my wife and I found quite helpful. He was very good about scheduling the job in a manner that was both timely and as convenient as possible. Throughout the job, he was on-site daily to supervise his crew and their progress. He was very good about keeping us informed and making sure we were satisfied with every phase of the job. The job was clearly well planned, and with such a large roof there was a lot to consider. His men arrived promptly each morning and worked industriously throughout the day. They were obviously skilled at their jobs, professional, polite, and personable. They made a great impression. The jobsite was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day's work and they were great about not leaving a mess. They took special care to pick up any nails. The job took seven full days to complete, and throughout that time we suffered only minimal inconvenience thanks to their good planning, skilled work, and clear explanations about what they would be doing each day. The new roof turned out great. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job and the overall experience. Tony subsequently checked back to make sure we were satisfied and whether we had any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

He was very responsive and the cheapest price. He was willing to work around my schedule. They worked fast and did the job in 2 days. They were very careful around the plants and even put down tarps and boards to catch stuff. They cleaned up the roofing material and nails. He even fixed a section of siding that was dry rotting for free. Overall I was very happy with the work they did.

I was required to repair a roof for a sale of a home. I called Tony Newman because of the good reviews on this site. He was very responsive, a good communicator, and went to the home within a couple of days, inspected the roof and called with his findings and estimate for repair. The work was done quickly, and since I live out of town, I asked for before/after photos, which he provided. I am guessing at the quality of the work, but it looks good in the photos. In all other aspects, I can say that Tony was professional and I would use his services again. He did honor the $100 off coupon on this site.

He called and said he would stop by in the next couple of days. Been over 2 weeks and haven't heard from him again. Job must have been too small. Will contact someone else.

Responded in a timely fashion, took care the repair and gave an honest appraisal of the condition of the roof. Professional and polite. Even cleaned up when done!

Tony Newman Roofing contractor?s quote came in under our budget estimate and was the low bidder. We were able to start the project approximately three weeks after the contract was awarded. Tony Newman Inc. completed each building in five working days as he had stated. The same crew of workers were on site every day. Tony Newman was in contact every day with our board member overseeing the project. The quality of installation met the industry standard set forth by the shingle manufacturer. At the end of each working day the site was cleaned up and equipment stored. Angie?s List was the primary source used to select the roofing contractors to bid on our roofing project. This was the first time we have used Tony Newman Inc. We have six additional buildings that are scheduled for re-roofing in the near future. I had a former contractor that was to have done the roof but he left me "high and dry" so I contacted Tony Newman Roofing. I had roll roofing(.045 EPDM rubber) plus heat wire installed on the rear porch roof and heat wire installed on the front roof, plus other things. There were a few problems with the roofer. Tony Newman, the owner, called me and apologized. He told me the roofer would be there that day and the work would be done, and done correctly. Tony followed through to make sure the work was done and that I was satisfied. Tony personally came out, checked the work, and stressed that he is serious about his reputation and business. I was impressed with Tony's follow through, his professionalism, his desire that I be happy/satisfied with the job done. That really means a great deal to me after the previous experience I had with the former contractor.
