MR DEPENDABLE

We lost pressure in our well system on Thursday evening. We called Mr. Dependable that evening and had an appointment for the next morning. When we gave them our address they were able to quickly pull up all of the information about our well and equipment (they had installed the equipment 18yrs ago when the house was built). They showed up after their first appointment without calling (the only thing that did not go as planned). They immediately began to diagnose the problem and had it narrowed down to a problem with the pump in under five minutes. They pulled the pump out and identified a broken wire about 80ft into the well. They provided us with the options to get us up and running again and did not pressure us to go in one direction. We decided to replace the pump as it was already 18yrs old. They had all of the equipment they needed with them, including a new well pump. They sanitized the well and had everything installed in under 60 minutes. We anticipated having a final bill of around $1,500, but were surprised when it came to around $960. Mr. Dependable helped us through a troublesome and potentially very expensive situation with excellent service and information. We will definitely be calling them again if we have any issues or questions with our well or associated equipment.

We called Mr. Dependable because our well pump was failing. Mr. Dependable replaced our well pump and also serviced our water system. Mr. Dependable discovered our water system could be operated less expensively and more efficiently than the way our previous plumber had installed it. Our water and water pressure is better than it has been in years. Mr. Dependable has called several times to check on our water since, and he came out yesterday free of charge to check our water system. We definitely will continue to use Mr. Dependable in the future.

HE DID NOT SHOW WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO FOR THE INSPECTION. HE SHOWED UP TOO EARLY. SO I WAS NOT THERE. HE FIXED A PROBLEM WITH THE SEWER. HE IS SUPPOSED TO COME BACK AND SHOW ME HOW THE WATER SYSTEM WORKS SO I CAN GET WATER TO MY BARN. I HAVE CALLED HIM MANY TIMES, AND HE STILL HAS NOT COME OUT.

MAKE SURE HE DOESN''T TRY TO SELL YOU A PUMP, BECAUSE I HAVE THE FEELING THAT''S ALL HE WANTS TO DO.
