After speaking with several pool contractors, all of whom either did not win our trust or they simply never got back to us, we found this incredible team. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing. Frankly, we're not sure ours was their favorite job because of the extreme challenges of the hillside terrain, the same conditions that drove other contractors away, but every one of the crew associated with Advanced Backyard Solutions should be commended for outstanding work and detailed professionalism. We use the proprietary product, PolyLevel, for our foam injection leveling. We use NexusPro silicone based sealant for joints and cracks. Lastly we use SealantPro surface sealer to permanatly protect your concrete surface.
"They came out to give me an estimate and were right on time. Had another company come out first and they said they could not do the work. Smart level did not see a problem with doing the work. When it was time for them to come out and start the job the installer called ahead to let me know what time and again was right on time. The installer told me everything that he was going to do and the job came out great. I was more than satisfied and would recommend them highly."
