Paul and his crew redesigned and replaced my entire septic system today. Those guys were great! They where professional and efficient. Paul set up everything from getting the permit to having it inspected. He didn’t leave until the last bit of dirt was backfilled. Would highly recommend to anyone needing septic service or a whole new system. Thanks guys!

Called 4 different times and left a message every single time. He never called back or even changed his message to he was no longer in business!

I apologize for not returning a call We have been extremely busy this season and have struggled to return calls. The volume of calls I have received this year have made it impossible to return every phone message. I attempt to check the messages at least every 3 days when possible. Those that are over 3 days old I assumed they have found services from a competitor and I do not return those. I understand this is not the best of reasons for not returning calls but it is the truth. I am a small 2-man business. If you would like please contact me personally and try to make things right. Our experence was a sucess and all the workers were kind and knowledgable and kept to the task, making the project smooth. Thank you Paul McGrew for a job well done and saving us a boat load of money.
Description of Work: We had a failing septic leaching problem, we were having the tanks pumped about every 3 months. We spoke to Mr. McGrew and he came out for a consult. He was very knowledgable and not pushy....my husband had already researched all possibilities, and Paul just confirmed our problem and the solution needed. He suggested the terralift system for one of the leach beds and positive results....He also installed an underground bypass of the closer nonfunctioning leach tank so that it would have time to heal and repair itself.
