Steve mows the front and back lawns, edged the sidewalks and garden beds. I fell behind on my weeding in my garden; he tilled the garden for me without asking at no extra cost! He also went along the driveway cracks and weed wacked anything growing between the cracks. He hauls the grass clippings and debris away when he is done for the day and leaves everything neat and tidy. This is my first year with him and am extremely pleased. We are billed monthly and we hired for the whole year. He does not require a contract, which is good. He is available 24/7 by phone and answers when I call; if he doesn't answer, he calls me back immediately. Steve gives 20% off pre-existing contracts and a 15% senior discount. He is very good with seniors and seems to really care about us. He is very personable and contentious, honest and dependable, and very professional. He checks for direction for what we want done and listens intently. We highly recommend him to anyone needing lawn work and we plan on using him for years to come. We have also used him for snow removal last winter and very pleased. He also does edging, seeding, flower installation, trimming, mulching, pruning, and more!

We've had people in the past years remove our snow with snow plows. They would bang their blades on the driveway so loud and we were worried about them causing damage. We reconsidered who we wanted to do this work for us and decided to go to Steve. He used snow blowers rather than a plow and was gentle with our property. He was very contentious, honest, dependable, and professional. He asked questions and listened intently about what we wanted done. He was anxious to please and was cautious about where he threw the snow. He even cleared the sidewalks. We will continue to use him yearly and we highly recommend his work!
