 + 0 moreWhen we joined Angie's List as a subscriber, the interviewer who signed us up asked if we wanted to name any service provider who we knew to be Ai, and T.H.E. was the only one we gave details about. They are scrupulously honest, responsive and punctual, and we are fortunate to have a long standing relationship with them.
Description of Work: We found a corner of our master bedroom had a lot of water in the carpet. To make sure it was not a plumbing failure, we called T.H.E., whom we have used the last 25 years, to check the shingles above the area, as well as around roof vents. They found and fixed small leaks around the vent pipe. Later, the same problem recurred and T.H.E. came out again, and concluded the gutters were choked there, causing stuck water to flow across guttering nails into the wall cavity. They cleaned out all gutters, and installed at our request gutter covers that will prevent leaves collecting there in future. This was in the trouble area as well as other gutters on the opposite side of the house. A new charge under $500 wqas judged by us to be extremely satisfactory, as we have had other estimates for gutter covers.

 + -1 moreI've hired this company before for exterior services related to our roof, siding, skylights and more. I've used them because I know I can rely on them and the honest service they provide. I've never had any difficulties of any kind with them or their service and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: On Labor Day weekend they installed some gutter covers on our home. I'd looked at many systems and talked it over with Larry Hartke at this company. He advised me, brought samples, discussed options and I was pleased.

 + 0 moreThe workers showed up as scheduled and phoned ahead to let me know they were on their way. The owner came with them and gave the proper instructions to the two workers, a lead man and a helper trainee, before leaving. The workers were skilled enough to do the job well. When I asked questions or provided additional instructions, the workers responded in a cooperative and pleasant manner.
Description of Work: Repaired/replaced approximately 20 slates on slate roof, repaired two leaking seams in box gutter and repaired approximately 12 foot crack in flat roof which was leaking.
